Muy céntrico, cerca de tiendas y la marina. En el corazón del downtown. Los apartamentos son pequeños pero cómodos para una persona. Si vives en un piso alto la vista en bella. Mi madre vive allí y le gusta mucho.

My agency works with residents in this building from time to time. The staff is so helpful and kind. I love engaging with the neighbors in the community. They keep it so clean and we'll maintained. The little back yard area with a private dog park is so peaceful and pretty.

Nice independent living apartment complex for senior citizens. The staff was friendly and helpful. We met with Daryl who oversees operations and we had a nice tour of building.

They have several senior activities going on often such as bingo and free meal day. They also offer transportation to and from shopping, doctor visits, and other places.

There is about a 7 month waiting list to get an apartment here. All the people we spoke too who live here were nice and talkative.

Very clean very nice people the maintenance staff that I talked to was very nice and accommodating and had to listen to everything I had to say all in all. All in all it's a five-star place in my opinion for taking care of the elderly the way they do they do an excellent job

Place seems more like a jail than an apartment complex. Employees seemed nice but feels very institutional and in need of some upgrades like elevators that don’t take a year to come

Quaint quiet very friendly place though I did find things to a friend a little hole-in-the-wall food place called Paul's Place staff there is very friendly the food is very good and an extremely reasonable price if you ever want a bite I suggest this place they have great specials I do recommend to the shami sandwich in the corned beef sandwich the residence of the building are very friendly and their patty melt is phenomenal everything is made once you order it it's never pre-made the two guys that run the place of Paul's Place are Gary and Paul when you drop in tell them hi and thank them for their service delivering great food at a very great price

A wonderful place to live. Staff friendly and helpful. Residents are also friendly and helpful. The amenities are great.Its location is excellent and it's grounds are well kept.
