I see Dustin in Dr. Conaway’s office now Cohesive Family Medicine. The wait is never long. The staff are nice and courteous. Dustin always listens with a caring ear. Never have to call for referrals or wait they actually call you back. All my meds are sent immediately to my pharmacy. Very pleased with the attention and healthcare I receive at Cohesive Family Medicine

Over all I've had a good experience. I see their office for treatment for depression, and the NP Dana is wonderful. The other hand, the NP Lacey is awful. She was short and rude and acted like seeing me was inconveniencing her. If Dr. Connaway replaced her i could give the practice 5 stars.

My disabled family member goes to Dr. Conway's offices to be seen and he takes great care of her she's disabled and she tells me how the staff there are so nice to her and treats her like family and looks out for her. She been to many other Drs.offices and was somewhat unhappy but she's always smiling and laughing and so excited to see Dr. Conway and his staff I'm very happy she likes them because she gets very nervous when it comes too doctor's office. She loves that time they take with her and the 100% they put into her care. I would recommend Dr.Conway to anyone and exspecaliy anyone with disablity to choose his office as your care provider.

The care you receive is excellent. The problem with this clinic is the billing. I paid a bill online on 4-1-13 and when I went to PCP on 5-6-13 I was made to pay the bill again or I could not see the doctor. I paid it so I could get my prescriptions refills thinking I could straighten it out after. WRONG!!! I took the printed confirmation of the $95.16 payment straight out to the office manager (Charlene), left a note along with them, I did this on 5-6-13 apx. 11am. So far as of today 6-3-13 I still have not got a refund. This clinic owes me $95.16 and the office manager is never in to speak with or if I do speak with her she tells me she has processed it for refund, but I still get no definate date of the refund nor have I received the refund. $95.16 IS A LOT OF MONEY TO ME and I need it back. I have tried to leave a message for Dr. Conaway at the FMS but the messages don't get delivered. Long story short, DO NOT MAKE ANY TYPE OF ONLINE PAYMENT TO THIS CLINIC, they will steal your money and never give it back.

I absolutely love Dana! She cares about me and will take her time to find out what is exactly going on. Everyone there is friendly and helpful to me. I have a lot of health issues and have never been treated as well as I have here.

My husband made appt with Conaway, for HBP, looking for primary care physician .Informed them BP 210 over 105. They scheduled for week later, he got them to reschedule for 2 days later. Was passed on to someone named Lacy who did EKG and wasted 1 hr of the day. Did nothing to lower BP but recommended he go to an ER with some sort of heart blockage. ER stated nothing urgent. 5 hours and another copay later, was written a prescription for HBP. Very unprofessional and uncaring!!

He's one of the best doctors in Shawnee and or Oklahoma City. I have really bad lungs from a operation and i keep getting pmuemima. He kept me out of the hospital for almost 2 years. I was going to the hospital every 2 to 3 months. He's the best doctor i have ever seen. Raymond Clark
