Let me start by saying Travis was the best. Super professional, super friendly and super helpful. Made my wife feel comfortable. We were broke down on the side of 58 late at night He came and got us. He brought us to his shop and let us spend the night in our RV.
Everyone was wonderful and a very stressful time. Thank you very much I would highly recommend them and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Mike was INCREDIBLE!!! Fastest tow ever under 5 minutes. Extremely professional and even showed us how someone cut through our muffler to try and steal our catalytic converter. Excellent company. Mike is fun and a real professional! Thank you!

My roadside assistance provider (tow truck driver), Zach, was seriously the best. So nice and helpful to the best of his abilities. He wasn’t authorized to help me fix my car, but provided me with the information I needed to get myself back on the road after taking me to a safe location where I could work on my car. He then waited to make sure I was safe and on my way home before leaving me. This was really helpful seeing as I was alone, hours from home, and it was the middle of the night!

Everyone we spoke to at Fast Trac Towing was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. The gentlemen that helped us out of a sand ditch were polite and worked quickly. The rates are competitive with nearby towing services and they able to come to our rescue quicker than other places. They were even nice enough to follow us and make sure we made it to the freeway.

My Aunt was traveling alone to visit us from Texas and was exhausted and lost with a blown out tire outside of Barstow. We called numerous companies for help and we didn’t have much info for them to go on besides the name of a bridge she was near and the hwy and we didn’t have every single detail of her vehicle and so on so we felt hopeless with nobody being sympathetic or willing to put the effort in to help locate her. The second I got on the phone with Dana I felt so much relief knowing she WANTED to help, she was able to locate the bridge and assured us she will make sure my elder Aunt will be taken care of. She was sweet, sympathetic, professional, concerned, heart felt, assuring, diligent and got the job done. It was getting late and she made sure to get someone there as soon as possible, relaying the details of the situation to the driver as it was coming in. I can’t thank them enough!!! Very well priced, not taking advantage of our situation what so ever, another company that knew we were desperate started at a low price but said they weren’t sure if they could do it, gave us the run around while time was ticking then called back 20 mins later said they would try to find her but it was going to be a minimum of $600! Totally taking advantage of a couple of women in a desperate situation. So grateful for this company and Dana!!!!
