Had my blood work done on 8/19, received a call on 8/20 that blood work showing A1C high in diabetic range. To call to discuss. Left voicemail with Dr Anderson’s assistant on 8/20, 8/22 and as of today 8/27 STILL no call back. Will be gathering my records and going elsewhere. 5 business days and still no call back from your doctor is unacceptable.

front staff could do better. I spent all morning in communication with the office prior to attending my appointment having multiple different people look up my profile and no one told me to make sure i bring my insurance card (i assumed i wouldn't need to considering i provided all of that information via phone when i set up a new patient appointment). I get to my appointment and I'm not even able to see a doctor because I didnt have my insurance card and then claimed that they couldn't find my insurance information in the system by looking up my last name. I haven't had this trouble anywhere else and it's really frustrating when I take off of work to come to my appointment to be turned away by people who can't do their job adequately.

I've seen Melanie a few times and shes always been kind, understanding, informative, and makes sure we address everything. I appreciate her manner and care for patients!

I had my appointment today. I got early to the the appotinent. I checked 20 minutes before my appointment. I was waiting for almost 40
Minutes until I go to the front desk and asked why nobody is taking to my doctor when my appointment was 40
Minutes before. The person told me to wait because she didn't know why it was taking so much time. She can back and told me that it I a going to be another 45 minutes.

It is really disrespectful not to inform to
Your patience how long is gonna be, even that the board that they have said on time.

I’ve been a patient for 15yrs and the service has gone downhill. Can’t get ahold of the doctor, they don’t call back when you leave a voicemail and when they say they’re going to do something (such as send a referral to Advent) they don’t do it. Instead of receiving treatment in a timely manner, it takes weeks to get treatment. Time to find another doctor.

I have not one bad thing to say about Arbor family medicine. I've never had such a great doctors office. I see Melanie and she is fantastic. She is empathetic and cares about your health and your physical and mental well being. She works her hardest to get to the bottom of the root of health issues and respects your decisions all while clearly defining the pros and cons of that decision. Shes a smart cookie! My husband sees Dr. Schreiber and he is amazing. He is very intelligent and explains things very well. He is very good at finding solutions and has helped my husband overcome many things. As well as having the doctors we love there, if you are sick and your Doctor is not available, they will get you scheduled with the first available Provider that they have. Every single provider has been amazing! Iam so grateful I found them!!

Dr. Nash, Melanie (PA) and all the staff have been wonderful to me.
They’re all kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr. Nash is absolutely the best. She listens! She discusses everything with you! She’s not like any doctor I’ve ever been to as she Never talks at you but with you. I’ve only been a patient of hers for around 4-5 years but I won’t be going anywhere else

Absolutely the worst family practice I've ever been to in my life! There's a reason why they have 2.7 stars! After waiting 2 weeks to get a script that I needed, I called them and they had no idea what happened, TOTALLY PUZZLED! CLUELESS! I had a wellness check 4 months ago and no follow up at all on it! Come to find out I have a condition that will eventually KILL ME!! Went into the Doctor and she was totally stymied because I had several conditions at one time and she didn't even no which one to deal with first! I told her about my specialist for my condition and didn't contact him attempted to treat it herself! They were supposed to call me after my tests came back THAT NEVER HAPPENED! Called to talk to the office manager about the situation was put on hold for 15 minutes, no one came to the phone I hung up called back then I was told that the office manager was now in meetings all day and they would call me back, THAT NEVER HAPPENED AGAIN! They obviously could care less about their patients with actions such as this!! I'm taking my business elsewhere because if I depend on this practice I will be DEAD!!!
