McCullough Tree Service provided me with such a great crew. They even worked in light rain. I met with the crew lead who was kind & explained what they did. Only thing I had to do was remind them to cut an area that was on the estimate. Other than that the work was done in a timely manner and they cleaned up my yard before leaving. The team was on time, very friendly and they listened to what I wanted to have cut and how I wanted it cut. 11 Crepe Myrtles to tip-trim in my yard with lots of plantings needed patience and careful maneuvering. The guys were careful and did not hurt any of my plants, they did an excellent job cleaning up the trimmings with rakes and blowers. Thank you for a job well done!

They cut three over our oaks (over 40ft) and did an amazing job. They cleaned up after themselves, you wouldn’t have even known the trees were trimmed! Brandon was our sales person, his initial visit was the reason why we went with MTS. He took the time to walk our entire property, he answered every question (no matter how small), and managed to help us fine tune the scope of work we required for our particular project. As the owner/architect/builder on this project, I wanted a specific type of crew, and they understood and met our expectations. From the production work of just cutting down trees, to the detailed trimming of a tree for a future tree house, to leaving stacks of firewood for us to process. If you are the type of person that likes to make sure things are done correctly, they will listen to all the details and pass them on to the crew. We received an initial quote three weeks ago, we revised the scope on the ground and then a new quote was accepted on a Friday, over the weekend we received a call to schedule for Monday (much like a Doctor's office will call you before the appointment) and they came out on Monday to start the work, they took the better part of a day to remove all of the trees, limbs and debris. Even with difficulties, they persevered and pushed through. We appreciate their problem solving skills, the amount of man power they brought to the job, and the overall effort that went into making us happy. We also gained a reliable company we'll always call first when we or anyone we know needs tree work.
