I am so impressed with the team that came today to cut to the ground the sugar maple tree that has been a constant dilemma to me. Also, the laurel oak and the live oak were also pruned/trimmed to not be a problem for a long time. The disposal and clean up of the cut pieces of the tree was superb and excellent. They even left my driveway and backyard immaculate.

John, Jodi and their team delivered the job 101%. The output that i saw when i came home ( unfortunately i couldnt call off from work and has to rely on my kids to do the videos and photos while the team were doing what they do great), totally and wholeheartedly left me speechless and impressed.

The work they did today was pure testament of their dedication and commitment to serve their customer the best possible way.

Had a great experience w Advanced Arbor. Had Hurricane Milton related damage to big Laurel Oak (12 ft. circumrence!) that required emergency large limb removal as it had snapped and was hanging precipitously on another big branch, threatening structures of 2 neighbors as well as ourselves. Fortuitous serendipity that they were taking a tree down across our road and after chatting, they were able to come over with crane to our house and remove it same day (after long day on the primary tree removal!). We liked their service so much that we gave them the job of removing the main tree trunk (3 weeks later) that was supposed to have been done due to damage from Hurricane Helene a few weeks prior (but was scheduled for the day Milton hit thus was cancelled) even though we had a slightly lower bid from another arborist. These guys have a fantastic crane operator they work with as well as a large and efficient crew getting the entire project done in the 3hr window they gave us during the quote. No funny business with the contracts...Jodi in the office was polite and pleasure to work with! Mind you, this was all done in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Milton and the massive stress it has put on the local arbor industry. Our neighbors were so impressed they hired Advanced for some major pruning work on the spot! Great job, Team Advanced Arbor!

Met with Bill the Tree Guy, as I refer to him. Wanted his input on a live Oak that was flooded in the recent hurricane and appeared to be struggling to survive. He gave me some recommendations to help the tree.
While he was there I asked for an estimate to do some pruning on the other oaks and palms in the yard. The quote was fair. He recommended some additional pruning on the palms that they would include in the estimate. I think they wanted to leave a good impression, as it was very noticeable from the street. He was correct! Looks much better with the palms pruned.
Last night when we were coming home, my wife mentioned that the palms looked much better, and it was a big improvement.
The workers were very pleasant, and the site foreman, John, was a good idea. He actually came back on the next Sunday to finish a treatment that they forgot to do when they were here. Nice touch, I never would have known, as it was a ground treatment for an ailing oak.
Nice equipment, everything they needed to do a proper job. All clean when they left. My neighbor took the mulch, and was excited to receive it, mostly oak.
We have lots of trees so we will see this group again next year.

Bill's crew did an excellent job pruning my large tree and removing another one. The quote was fair and Bill recommended only what needed to be done, not any unnecessary work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. My tree looks beautiful!

Where do I start? Post Hurricane Helene, I finally decided to have my very tall, top-heavy, & clearly "tired" Laurel Oak cut down because of how much it "shed" its huge branches onto my lot as well as my neighbor's during the storm. Those same neighbor's gave me the phone # to Advanced Arbor and I quickly called them on 10/1/24, because I watched as they took the neighbor's ailing tree down after the PREVIOUS storm (Ernesto?). Anyway, Bill called & came out the next morning (10/2/24) to assess, gave me a very fair quote (that included trimming of 2 crape myrtles). The NEXT day (10/3/24) they came, they saw, & they conquered! Before I knew it, the tree was down but because of the heavy rain on Thursday afternoon, they left the cut logs, to be removed later. In the "drizzling" rain, LATER the same day, THAT was taken care of and today, 10/4/24, John came by to grind the stump! His young assistant raked the residue & blew off the little bit of leaves & grass that flew around. Each time, these pleasant, thoughtful, professionals cleaned up their area. I will be referring this local, legit company to anyone who needs tree work done. KUDO'S for a job well done above & beyond the call of duty!
