I believe it was Brandon who was here for my gas fireplace (my first non-wood burning fireplace). Extremely polite and helpful. Fantastic service. Took about 30 mins and the technician was great about letting me watch and provided great education on the guts, so to speak, of my wood stove so after 20 years I have a really good visual understanding of how it all works. Thanks!
