I recently engaged A One Carpet's And Cleaning to refresh all the carpets in my home, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed by the high standard of work and professionalism demonstrated by their technicians, Terrance and Dean. Their punctuality was commendable; they arrived shortly after the start of the given time frame and were done by the end of it. Their process is truly effective, starting with a thorough vacuuming, followed by the actual carpet cleaning, and ending with a complete raking of the entire surface. The end result was fantastic - my carpet looked brand new! They have certainly earned a five-star rating from me and I plan on continuing to use their services in the future. In the past, A One Carpet's And Cleaning has cleaned the carpets throughout my home twice, and both times, I was equally impressed by the meticulousness and professionalism of the technicians, Preston and Dean, as well as Terrance and Dean who were in charge of the first cleaning. Before they began the cleaning, they accurately measured the area and provided an estimate cost. They then proceeded to vacuum the carpet thoroughly before beginning the cleaning process. Once finished, they raked the entire surface, leaving the carpets looking fresh and like new! It's safe to say that I will definitely be relying on their services again in the future.

Terrific service from A One Carpet's And Cleaning, a family-run operation! They did a fantastic job! Initially, I was considering getting rid of my old carpet and replacing it with hardwood flooring, but now, the carpets look brand new! The most amicable team you could ever welcome into your Mt Pleasant home! Don't think twice about giving them a call; you certainly won't be let down! Greyson, Preston, Terrance, Dean, and Jude were absolutely top-notch!

Terrance was an exceptional individual, extremely keen on providing the perfect service. Absolutely adore their team and the excellent work they do. My carpets were in dreadful condition because of teenagers and dogs. But after Terrance finished his job... I was under the impression he'd installed new carpet! Incredible! This carpet cleaning business in Mt Pleasant is outstanding!

THE WORST! called & set up - then confirmed 3 & 1 day out! Come time for the cleaning - TOTAL NO SHOW! When I called the foreign lady said”Sorry” & hung up on me! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
