A Tea 7 (87) serves a varied selection of fruit or milk teas as well as some savory snacks. I like that they offer tropical and exotic fruit flavors such as guava, kiwi, kumquat, and passion fruit. Yet they also offer the good ole Thai Teas and milk teas with boba. Not to mention it is not far off from the Southwestern College campus.

Super cute aesthetic that's very comfy. Excellent customer service! They're the only boba place I know that offers a discount for first responders and military veterans. Huge menu with lots of unique choices.
I just wish the quality was better. Drinks are all syrup based and most of them come with condensed milk. I'm not a fan of their kind of syrups and I don't like condensed milk. You can opt to leave out the condensed milk. But the drinks here aren't as sweet as most boba places. I suggest leaving sugar at 100% as they will be very watery if you lower it. Also, the tea flavor isn't notable at all..
We also tried their popcorn chicken which was unprofessionally seasoned (all the seasoning was at the bottom and the pieces there were VERY salty and inedible). They just opened so I hope they work out their kinks.

Easily the best boba in town. Consistent high quality. Even their Kung Fu Chicken (which is like popcorn chicken) is really good.

I have not enjoyed getting boba and crispy chicken since I used to travel from Paradise Hills to Convoy area for that OG TapEx. Absolutely grateful for this location as it's right next to where I live. From one perspective, it's quite dangerous to have such a good boba spot with excellent crispy chicken so close to home! So far, I've tried about half of the SpecialTEAs and the Cookie Monster and Kiwipedia are my favorites. They have hit my palate just right! Speaking of palate, the Kung Fu Chicken is probably the best thing since the Convoy TapEx from 10+ years ago, the crispness and the fact that they give you more meat than fluff speaks volumes to quality.

The employees are quality people, too! Fiona is typically who I encounter at night times when I typically go in after work. She has remembered my specific chicken order every time, and does her job with such aplomb you'd think she was the one actually running the show. Fiona's memory and familiarity is much appreciated! She and the other employees also never fail to ask if you're military for a discount. They know their menu and are willing to help you if you're new to their menu.

It's a spacious interior, and I've been inside at a somewhat busy setting, but typically, there is a handful of patrons inside. They keep the inside and outside very clean, maybe even pristine, there aren't any odd smells or things out of place. Parking is easy enough, but the more immediate parking spots may sometimes be taken, likely by the KBBQ and Chipotle customers a few doors down.

(I'll likely add pictures next time I come back. I devoured my chicken and drink before typing this up.)

Easily my new favorite bubble tea shop! I ordered a Thai tea with brown sugar boba. They suggested the sea salt foam and omg so glad they did.

Everything down to the amount of ice was perfect (they don't overload your drink with ice cubes). The brown sugar boba was silky soft and sweet, the Thai tea wasn't overly sweet (I got regular ice and sweetness). And the sea salt foam had a buttery goodness it added to the drink.

Definitely give it a try. So good!

Best boba I’ve had in Chula Vista!! Soft boba, smooth and choices of alternative milks.

I got the Passion tea, milk tea and taro milk tea. The milk tea and passion tea were unfortunately bitter and the taro tea just tasted like milk. The boba in all 3 drinks were hard and not chewy or sweet.
