When we called A/C Doctor, they scheduled us for next day service.
Sad to say but we had a leak in the evaporator coil. Not cheap to replace and we thought it was going to take a long time to get the part. They got the part within a couple days and came back to replace it. We really did appreciate the fast and friendly service. We highly recommend them. Thank you, A/C Doctors

Misdiagnosed the problem by a mile. Wanted to quote me 3 to 600 dollars for a defrost board,that was perfectly fine. It was simply the thermostat. I plan on issuing the complaint in Tecumseh next meeting.buyer beware they are rip offs

The technicians were professional and nice, they came out on Saturday and identified my problem. Unfortunately it was a part that needed to be ordered, the technician called his supplier immediately (they closed in 5 minutes)to try and get it ordered but the supplier couldn't order it until Monday. A/C Doctors drove to OKC on Monday to get the part and instead of waiting until the next morning to install it ( when the attic would be cooler) they came out and put it in at 4:00 when it was 100° outside. They will be getting all my business. Thank you A/C Doctors

Called at 7:15 in the morning for my AC not working and they were out at 8:30. They fixed my capacitor in less than 20 minutes and I was back to having cold air again. I can't speak highly enough about their speed and quality of service!
