The maintenance man, Jorge, is one of the best maintenance workers I’ve ever seen/had in my 10 years of living here, as he comes and gets the job done in a timely manner, and always makes sure everything is up to date and code for my household. Alexis is also one of the best managers I’ve had since living here as she always makes sure my needs are met without any hesitation! The new staff are doing an outstanding job in making sure these apartments are a greater environment to live in!

Been living in these apartments for over 4 years. Its quiet depending on which building you live in. On my side it’s pretty quiet and I don’t have any disrupting neighbors. The new maintenance worker, Jorge, is awesome. I had went into the office because my heater wasn’t working and within 20 mins, Jorge came to my apartment and fixed it. I had told him about other minor fixes I needed. One of them was the fan/heater in the restroom that hadn’t been working for months & I had previously requested it be fixed so many times but no one ever came. He immediately switched it out for me even found that the person whom did it prior had done a poor job and that is why it stopped working. The other was the light in my daughter’s closet, which also hadn’t been working for months. Jorge was very kind and polite about everything, he didn’t seem annoyed at all about me needing multiple things worked on. Having a professional and kind maintenance worker like Jorge is such a big relief in these apartments since for some reason something always needs to be fixed or worked on lol.

If I'm going to write a review, the absolute best thing about these apartments is Jorge (Maintenance), he's on top of his job and takes his work seriously. Always willing to help, very kind, polite and professional. The side I live on is kind of an eye sore but he's doing his best to get it cleaned and keep it cleaned up. Lots of children on this side though and that makes it tough.

Jorge is a awesome guy hard working and really cares about the issues or work orders at hand he handles his business like a professional and explain the problem and explained how to not have this problem in the future I really appreciate all that he does around here

I’ve been here four months now and my family and I love the arbors. The apartments are quite, well kept and maintenance actually comes when you call. These apartments are spacious and income based so those complaining about being harassed over your income then maybe you should look for an over priced 2-3bd elsewhere.

The maintenance over at this building (Jorge) is awesome completes all work orders in a timely matter well recommended due to they never take care of there jobs here so thank you cause things are getting done around here.

I’ve had a light fixture in my unit that hasn’t worked since I moved in (October 2020), I told the old maintenance man and it never got fixed. today the new maintenance man came to check it and got it working in less than 20 minutes, thank you JORGE !
