I couldn’t be happier with the expert and friendly service provided by Luke from Arbor Bear Tree Care. Luke did an impressive job of removing a large apple tree from my garden in a swift days work. Luke was very patient and accommodating, working around my contractors and through bad weather. Luke removed the tree and ground down the roots - levelling out the ground perfectly. The results exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend Luke’s services.

Luke @ Arbor did a brilliant job carefully dealing with our struggling trees - dead, alive and half dead - and left our garden looking so much better and healthier. He also cleared up very well. Garden was spotless, and with trees trimmed etc it was looking ten times better than before he came.

Luke and Eric were wonderful. Punctual, reliable, professional and did a wonderful job of my garden! Luke was very easy to communicate with and make arrangements for 4 trees to be removed from my garden. After Luke visited my flat to quote, I knew that he was the right person for the job and didn't bother to get other quotes, he was knowledgeable and gave me ideas I hadn't considered. Luke is incredibly professional and considerate and dealt with us with courtesy and understanding . Our neighbour who didn’t like the look of our trees had contacted Luke to come and prune our trees without our permission , once he noticed that he had walked into the middle of a dispute he very politely and calmly spoke to both parties and withdrew , willing to sacrifice a job despite travelling and most likely not getting paid for it , needless
To say we will be calling him as soon as any work is needed in our garden

Luke has transformed my tree which was very choked up with a lot of dead wood and dead leaves trapped in the mass of dead branches. I have had the tree for 30 years and love it so am thrilled to see it looking much less congested, much happier and looking forward to Spring and seeing all the new healthy growth,
