So many good things about this apartment complex! Where do I start? Well, let’s start with the all important customer service. I have never seen happier people working at a front office as the leasing office at this complex. Every time I walk into the office, I am greeted warmly and they make you feel like you’re the most important tenant. They even remember my dog’s name. Really? There must be 100s of dogs and cats at this complex. Maintenance responds to service request the same day or even within a few hours!

The grounds are really well kept.
Improvements are made all the time. The public spaces are clean and tidy. I feel safe living here. My dog enjoys the many dog friendly area in the complex. He really likes the Bark Park where he can run free. There’s a dog bath area where there’s an elevated sink...no back breaking bath time for me! I’m going to miss this when I move away next month.

Realistically this is an apartment complex after all... of course there are going to be some cons. Parking! It’s a hunting ground every weekend! Haha. When I am used to living at a house with a private driveway, having to hunt for parking is no fun. Not something I’ll miss. Again, being used to a house, living on the second floor sandwiched between the first floor and third floor is challenging to say the least. The neighbor upstairs don’t believe in walking lightly and walk all over with what seems like clogs all hours of day and night. Meanwhile, I’m worried my dog’s running around will bother my downstairs neighbor (I have gotten a couple knock with a cane from downstairs ?).

If you like apartment living, consider Arbor Crossing for sure! Great amenities and pleasant people. Also, walking distance to everything! Grocery, restaurants, and park! I have enjoyed my five months here.

I’ve been a resident for a year and happily renewed my lease. All I have is praise for this place. The front office and maintenance staff are super friendly, communicative, and helpful. The property and facilities are well-kept and safe. The community is respectful of each other (never had noise issues).
The very few occasions I’ve had maintenance issues they were very quick to address it. The units and the property are beautiful (love all the trees!).
The property management truly care about their residents. Can’t go wrong living here unless you hate big kitchens, ample storage space, laundry rooms, spacious balconies, giant bathtubs, and a beautiful pool.

Update 9/20/18: it’s been a year since I moved in here, and I still don’t have a single complaint.
I’m moving out today to relocate to a new city, and packing up from this apartment is hitting me in the feels.
If you’re considering living here, pull the trigger//Neat, clean property with friendly, professional staff. I’ve looked at other Arbor Properties in the past and have always noticed their customer service level, but I didn’t want to move into an older complex. When I saw this place going up with attached garages I jumped on it. Sure, my rent increased from renting a room to moving into a 2/2, but this place is worth every penny.

Arbor Crossing has given a great first impression the culture there seems to be great. Kina has been more than helpful through the entire process as well as the rest of the office staff everyone I’ve spoken with has been super professional and very transparent with anything you ask. Which isn’t easy to find. They really are very patient and answer questions with confidence. I have friends at arbor landing and Arbor Trace they both have had nothing less than pleasant interactions with the office staff. Arbor is definitely the Chic Fil A of apartments. I’m very thankful for everything they’ve done to help out.

These apartments are absolutely wonderful. I have only lived here for about a month, but I have had nothing but the best experience and service I could ask for. The apartment I moved into was clean and absolutely stunning. I live facing the road, and the traffic is not loud at all. The sense of privacy here is astounding and I have never once felt unsafe (day or night). The leasing office is very considerate to all of your needs and even had pizza, drinks, charging chords and more upon move in. The gym is clean and quiet, AND there is a car wash station! The pool is absolutely gorgeous and the property is constantly up-kept. They are very pet friendly and my cats are loving their new lives here. I HIGHLY recommend moving here - it is worth every single penny and I have nothing bad to say.

I lived here awhile back, and though the office staff seem kind and understanding, these apartments are built extremely cheap. I am not noise adverse, and understand that living in apartments there is bound to be some level of noise over living in a house. However, it was as if the walls and floors were paper. You could hear your neighbors whisper (and unintentionally hear every conversation they had). I'm not talking disrespectful neighbors (though there was a little of that) but everyday living. When your upstairs neighbors walk it is like an earthquake above you, and even worse if they have pets. Their conversations, toilets flushing, water running you name it you catch everything. It reverberates so loud sometimes that glass cups on your counter ring from the vibration, and the bass from their TVs or music players shake your bed while you're sleeping which is why even ear plugs won't work. You will not get more than a few hours of sleep a night - I was so sleep deprived I would stay at friend's homes or on at least one occasion stay in a hotel. The staff in the office are well aware of the noise situations, and showed them multiple videos that I can post here if there is any pushback. The utility closets seem to be completely open between floors so if you're someone who is particular about smells from neighbors I'd also look elsewhere. The amenities and location here are great and the office staff seem nice but you could not pay me to live here (and I'm not exaggerating).

The welcome kit they provide for you when you move in is top tier! Awesome place to live! My favorite is the spacious kitchen and the walk in laundry room!
