I’ve been coming here for a few years- and they’ve always impressed me. Today, the first part of a crown replacement was done. Charged me less than originally quoted, were very understanding of my fears, and took great care with the entire procedure. I’d recommend highly!

I love Arbor Dental. They’ve taken care of my teeth health for ant least 4 years and since then, my regular cleanings have been great. I view the dentist as the ultimate health precaution and this team supports any issues, pain, or concerns. I’ve been able to reduce long term sleep issues because of their help too. The admin team, the hygienists and Dr. Matt are amazing. I highly recommend this team and location.

Dr. Strange was wonderful! Reception was okay- I waited at the front desk to confirm my insurance was correct and it took a bit for the desk staff to notice because she was “placing an amazon order”. During cleaning I was asked to suction but never offered a rinse, not even after cleaning and before flossing. I asked if this was to let the paste sit and was told, “no, we are double booked so i don't want to take longer”.

Minimal, but a rinse is great every now and then.

As you can see from some of the other reviews, it's the office staff that is the problem here; specifically, the office manager Carry is clearly past her prime. ZERO emotional intelligence, big ego, and didn't even understand the situation she had walked into. Honestly, she massively escalated the situation then snapped at the hygienist "So we could have just dealt with this AFTER the visit?!" despite the fact that the hygienist was clear and it was actually Carry herself misunderstanding the situation. I won't even bother going into the issues about being billed $$ by her office WITHOUT INFORMED CONSENT.

Just be prepared if you're a new patient to have the office staff blame YOU if you're not familiar with how their industry works. They assume you know that if you had x procedure done that y costs$ will not be covered. Then if you raise a concern, prepare to have Carry tell you that you're being mean to her. She looks and sounds like she is overdue for retirement, tbf.

Sad that such great clinicians are supported by a confused elderly lady named Carry who won't step aside ?

Went here today for my first visit back to the dentist in a while. There was basically no wait, they got me in at the exact time my appointment was scheduled. The office itself was very clean as well. Elione was super nice, and Dr. Matt is a great dentist. Overall I had a great experience for someone who doesn’t love the dentist.

I am pleased with the service at Arbor Dental. Customer service at the Front desk is awesome! Kind, courteous and helpful. Dr. Ashley and staff are great listeners always explaining the procedure and concerned for my wellbeing while the procedure is being done. Will happily refer other clients.

Highly recommend Arbor Dentist! The front staff is amazing and helps make scheduling or even billing super simple. I have personally worked work Dr.Matt who is very knowledgeable and considerate. He explains everything in details and even gives tips on how to avoid certain dental issues as best as possible. Hayley his assistant helped work on my teeth like they were own. She made sure every tooth looked great and everything was done correctly. Elione was my hygienist as was super considerate. She checked on me multiple time, was super general but very effective and talked me through the process (which personally I prefer). Would definitely recommend this establishment to friends/family.
