I can see why they don't answer their phone. They know they are the WORST. They say their hours, and you call within those hours, and guess what? They say they're closed. This place sent me a bill of $528 for some lab work and it is egregious. About 4 small tubes of blood were taken so why exactly am I getting this bill? Oh that's AFTER insurance, too. NONE of their phone lines work. This place is horrendous. Not to mention, the phlebotomist that did my bloodwork was extremely rude. When he first saw me, he just opened the door and stared for me to come, saying no words. My husband wanted to come as well, so he asked and the phlebotomist didn't say a word, held out his arm and gestured for him to come with 2 fingers. I was like...okay. Then we go into this room and I sit down, there's one chair in the room so my husband stands up and the phlebotomist types for awhile. Then he goes "There's chairs out there. Otherwise you can keep standing." It was super awkward how he said it. Then he says he can't find my name in his system even though the doctor from the neighboring office sent me here so exactly what did he expect me to do? Apparently he must have found it and not told me cause he started printing labels out. When he was doing the bloodwork I started to get very lightheaded and I asked him if I should continue, and he didn't even look at me and just stayed silent for a bit and shrugged at me. The whole time I was losing consciousness and feeling distressed (I broke my ankle from low blood pressure before and had to get surgery which took 2 months before I walked again so I was staying as calm as I could but I was really anxious) and he could not have made it more obvious that he didn't care. That is what $528 gets you in healthcare people, thanks America!

My wife got disrespectful service from Jasmine. She wasn’t giving me a chance to express her concern regarding her 24hr sample leaking. She told jasmine to change it in another bottle. She disrespectfully told her that you can put it in the sink. She has no manners and doesn’t know how to talk to patients.jasmine Has anger issues. Did not treat my wife properly. Doesn’t know how to talk to pregnant women.

It has been impossible to get a hold of anyone regarding my bill. The call is picked up, but no answer and nothing but silence. I tried going through the HR department to talk to any human, and got the same thing. Call is picked up, but no answer and all silence. I had to go through my OB to find out what the bill is for. Why put down a number to call for questions if you have no intentions of answering? Bizarre and unprofessional.

I do not recommend. My labs have always been covered at 100 percent and because arbor codes labs incorrectly I received a $240 bill. My insurance company recommend they resubmit and they won’t make the corrections I’m over 30 years of labs only time I had to pay. Use quest diagnostics.

I was sent here by my ObGyn in Dallas off Walnut Hill and the tech was so not personable, cold, uninviting and just jabbed the needle in my arm. It hurt so bad.
By not personable I mean not even a hello or a smile.

I have had blood drawn over 50 times and this was the worst experience.
I also have a huge bruise since leaving and it’s only been a few hours since she jammed that thing in my vein. I hope they train the techs how to be personable and how to delicately work with their patients.
I also called management and left a message. Awaiting someone to call me back.

The nurse here are very rude and disrespectful. They do the blood work but they don’t even have water to provide for patient. My spouse is pregnant and she gave 4 tubes of blood and she was feeling sick after giving blood and unable to stand but the nurse just forcing her to leave the room immediately and denied to give even water. This is the worst experience.

On Tuesday, November 23, I visited for the first, and surely the last time, your lab at the 3501 McArthur Blvd Suite 360, Irving, TX location around 11:30am. This was the most unpleasant experience, as you will find out!
I rang the bell and was met by the most disgruntled employee ever. The female started screaming at me saying I did not have to sign in and pulled the sheet and threw it away in front of me. I was advised to wait and I sat in the waiting area.

Few minutes later, female called me up and guided me to room 4. There, female was slamming drawers, the needle cover fell to the ground and had to retrieve a new one; again female couldn't be more disgruntled.
