I have been living at this complex for over 2 years currently in my 3rd year. The new owners that we have now have by far exceeded my expectations. I love how the girls at the office are always quick to respond even after maintenance they email to make sure it was done right. I would highly recommend this complex! Lots of family with kids very friendly neighbours. At least most of them are!

I put in my 60 day notice bc I needed a change of scenery. I began looking and I was contacted by Aileen to see if I would consider other options w/McKinley…I agreed and Shantell contacted me and immediately began working with me to help me find a new place. Shantell was sweet and patient and showed me multiple properties. She helped me throughout the entire process and we found Westshore Flats and I am so excited she coordinated my move in date/move out date perfectly. My partner and I have been trying to reach out to you guys for several days, several times and have been met with nothing. This is after one of your staff told us to contact them anytime before 5. We were told there was a room for us and to call back once we made the decision on whether or not we’d like to stay. We would have loved to live here but after this distasteful treatment, I feel as though we dodged a bullet, do better.

I was struggling with a bunch of issues that needed to be addressed. I called Customer Service and spoke with Jason. He was very attentive and gave me great advice on how to resolve my issues. He has checked in regularly and made sure that what I needed was taken care of.

My AC has been out for a WEEK so far. They gave us a small wall unit only for our room. The temp is at a constant 80degrees. I can’t even run my dishwasher or cook with out raising the heat in our home. This is unbearable. I was told I would get a call on Thursday it is now MONDAY and still nothing. This is unacceptable. Way too over priced for how they treat their residents.
