I don’t know the people who posted all these negative comments. I own a condo and have been spending winters there since 2012. There is always room for improvements but Arbor Grove a very desirable place. If you’re not happy maybe condo living is not for you. For those of you who say Nancy Haynes steals !!! Well I can assure you she doesn’t. Returning material and asking for full refund isn’t stealing. It s , in my opinion, being diligent.

I have owned my condo and lived here for over ten years. A clean, quiet and nicely kept community that is well managed by Nancy Haynes from Resource Property Management who is onsite four days a week. Our maintenance person, VIrgil, is diligent about keeping the complex in excellent condition. An active board with three committees keep the place running well and looking great. A low HOA fee and many new features (roof, suffits, roadway, landscaping) make this an ideal and affordable place to live.

We've owned in Arbor Grove a year and love it. Nancy and Virgil do a wonderful job taking care of the property. The grounds are beautiful and the people are friendly. The location is great, only 10 minutes to the beach and downtown.

This is a warning to anyone who lives in this community or considering moving into the community. The property manager Nancy Haynes steals from people. She buys products using the community credit card (which the homeowners pay for through HOA dues) and then fraudulently disputes the charges with her cc company while keeping the supplies. Please audit her expenses. She may be getting reimbursed for these charges and then keeping the money from the fraudulent cc disputes. The HOA thinks the items are paid for when in fact she is stealing. This is a warning, the HOA board should consider firing her ASAP as the community is risking a lawsuit.

Nancy Hayes is nothing more than a glorified janitor and she cannot even do that right. This is a warning for everyone, do not buy or rent an apartment here. Your life will be a nightmare if you live here.
