We decided to learn to ski this year. The journey began at Wolf Creek. This was a great time, and a wonderful memory. It was eclipsed by the magnificent stay we had with Keith and Laurie. We rented the cottage, and we were so completely at home at the Arbor House Inn. The best part of being there was knowing how many other people had made great memories in the same place, and how many more people were destined to have the same good time we enjoyed. We will return, and we are looking forward to it. Thank you for your supreme hospitality.

Arbor House is one of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at. We stayed for a week at this little gem in the mountains. The quiet location by the South Fork river offers plenty of outdoor sitting options to watch hummingbirds at the feeders or read a book. Breakfasts were the best food of the trip, different every day as well as heathy, delicious, and beautiful. The hosts made us feel like house guests rather than customers. They are attentive to any need or concern, big or small. We can't wait to go back!

What an oasis of relaxation! We enjoyed a short couples getaway from Colorado Springs. Keith greeted us and was nothing short of gentlemen. Laurie is available as much (or as little) as you need and both keep the Inn and the grounds in immaculate fashion. We enjoyed the second floor room (#2) with a balcony overlooking the river and it was awesome listening to the gentle sounds it provided at night. During the day, hummingbirds entertain as they visit all the feeders just outside the windows. We will definitely visit again in the future and look forward to it!

Arbor House Inn far exceeded our expectations! It’s not unusual these days to read rave reviews and then find that in reality it wasn’t at all what you expected. Arbor House Inn will not disappoint. The place is immaculate. The hosts are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location by the river is quiet and serene. Our room was large, comfortable and wonderfully decorated. And the delicious, picture worthy breakfast was amazing. This was the best overall B&B that we have stayed at anywhere!

Fabulous bed and breakfast. It was beautiful, clean, inviting, and a place to spend time relaxing. The hosts are genuinely caring, friendly, and respectable. The breakfasts were more than just beautiful. They tasted amazing. The attention to detail is remarkable. I love the setting on the river with the trees. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here at the tail end of Labor Day Weekend and what a gorgeous setting to enjoy the great outdoors. The backyard area along the river was absolutely stunning and peaceful. It's one of those places where you don't want to leave the property! I could have stayed there all day! There were so many sitting areas with fire pits and Adirondack chairs, quaint little lights and vines, a swing, a hot tub, beautiful trees and a dramatic rock outcropping. The room was so cozy and quaint and we loved how it was attached to the house but felt like a separate cottage with a front door and a back door that opened up to the patio and riverfront. The main house was so well appointed and comforting. We enjoyed our coffee and breakfasts there in the morning. Which brings me to the topic of breakfast! WOW, so elegant and delicious and pretty. I love how you don't know what you're getting, it's a surprise so just enjoy what they make and boy do they make it well. We had a ramekin with a Swedish Dutch boy type of pancake that was served with cinnamon apples, pecans and warm maple syrup..so delicious. It was accompanied by a perfectly cooked egg with fresh herbs and always fresh fruit and hot coffee. The other breakfast was also incredible with an egg scramble with cheese and herbs, sausage and these mini fresh baked pumpkin poppers and a melon fruit salad. Keith and Laurie and their daughter are the nicest people with top notch hospitality, We really enjoyed talking with them. We just loved our stay and although South Fork is far, 4 1/2 hours from our home we would come back here because of this place. We hope to come during the fall next year as I can imagine all those Aspens create a warm hue of beauty. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The Arbor House Inn is the most special place! You will not find a more wonderful B & B. The family owners treat you like royalty and the delicious breakfasts are royalty worthy!!! The afternoon treats on the buffet are a special touch. Keith, Laurie and Ashlee are all knowledgeable about the area and offer great ideas for activities and outings. The sound of the river is relaxing day and night and the views are amazing!

Peaceful riverfront setting, gourmet breakfasts and exceptional hospitality make this Inn a place to return to every year. Each room is decorated differently with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Laurie and Keith are wonderful hosts!
