As a former resident it has been a pleasure to return to Arbor Oaks. It's just as lovely as I remember with friendly, helpful staff, including Leasing Agent Kelley Murphy. Highly recommended for small families looking for a cozy home and neighborhood on a budget.

Kelly was Amazing. What a great place to live. Kelly went above and beyond call when showing me everything. I've never had a pleasure in renting a new place but she made It easy. I'm so glad to have her help a not so savvy person when it comes to Technology. Grateful For you and looking forward to living here. Thank you.

Have a friend that lives in the apartment he's got a two-bedroom pretty nice size. It is a gated complex which I think is a bonus but it does make it a little hard to get friends and family and deliveries in there for like Uber eats or something like that. The grounds are kept very nice but the management there is definitely tough they had some problems with people using like the pool the grilling area but they got it under control now but it just makes it difficult for family friends to get in there but overall it's really nice place and area outside of the development is okay in that area other than Wawa nearby and 7-Eleven right here by that's always helpful. The high school is right there but there's a lot of stuff right that area it's a pretty decent apartment complex I would definitely check it out if you're looking in that area.

A good location from the college which is only 5mins away, a few Churches, a small strip mall is located outside the gates with a grocery store, Italian restaurant and a few other small shops. The gates at this development can be temperamental sometimes they are open during the day but sometimes they are closed. The staff onsight can also be a little off hand when dealing with them.
