I have enjoyed living here the office and maintenance is great. Not to mention how convenient valet service is. The property is always kept clean. Will be renewing lease

Not too bad, not too good.
Better than other complexes in the neighborhood of the same rent range, but there is a-lot to improve:
1. Laundry room: dirty floor, machines with pets hair, not all machines in services, full trash container.
2. Calmness: few noisy residents can make others’ nights as a hell.
3. Security: only one gate, and it is idle most of the time.
4. Leasing office team: friendly and better than before 2 years, but new hired people need to be trained well before pushing them to be in contact with clients.
5. Leasing office team: good to have bilingual team, but non of them is speaking Dari although many of the residents are Afghans.
6. A/C system: sometimes inefficient on peak summer days.

We always have a problem with some people in this apartment complex because of swimming in the pool. The manager of the complex says that the pool is closed after 10 pm, but some residents don't understand this and always swim late and make loud noises. I don't know if you haven't seen a swimming pool in your own country or if you live without a plan, our problem now is that we don't know what to do, who to tell that we go to work at 4 in the morning, now it's 12:47 in the night, we want to sleep, but we can't sleep because of their loud noise. Please take care of it

If I could, I would have given 0 stars but thsre is no such option sadly. They are charging me fraudulent charges saying that I need to. pay additional charges for their technical electrical issues that almost burned my apartment down. They are trying to blame it on me that their own electrical lines were old and faulty which is a danger to my family and the whole neighborhood. I specifically told the the office and the Manager that I will not pay for their dangerous mistake. They are not removing the charge. I need to speak to the upper management regarding this issue. It is a life dangering issue that needs to be solved by management.

Estuve hay 18 meses es el peor de los condominios que pueda existir mal trabajo de todos sin excepción los apartamentos llenos de cucarachas donde más caro se paga el servicio del agua mal drenaje del condominio te cobran por el servició de pesticida y las cucarachas aumentan de peso y tamaño pagas servicio de basura y tienes que ir a tirarla tu mismo en mi opinión si quieres pasar un mal rato puedes rentarte hay
