Went here today and there were so many stores closed. Please be safe, some shady characters were attempting to lure women near Dillards where there is an exit and many vacant stores and it just didn’t look safe. MAJOR SECURITY CONCERNS. As a woman I wouldn’t go here, not even with a friend. The bathroom is secluded and there are too many areas where it just didn’t feel safe because there are vacant stores near exits. Stay away from here.

Went to enjoy the food court. Restrooms were closed. Asked several shopkeepers for nearest restroom and got a variety of answers which were not correct. Apparently they are not happy with having to answer that question because there are no signs directing people. Anyway, I found one in second floor of JCP (A long walk). Three busloads of young kids piled out into the food court as I was leaving so good luck when they have to go....
Lets make plans and follow them, Arbor!

This mall offers a decent shopping experience, with a variety of stores to choose from and ample parking available. However, there are some areas that could be improved. The layout can be confusing, making it difficult to navigate between stores, and some areas feel outdated. While the food court has a good selection of options, the dining experience could be enhanced with more seating and cleaner facilities. Overall, it's an average mall that could benefit from some updates to elevate the shopping experience.

I grew up coming to this mall I remember when it was built and it was first open in October of 1999. I was only 8 years old, I remember I used to love come here shopping hanging out as a kid and teenager. Love looking around going to the movie theater in Regal Cinema. loved the old Johnny Rockets that is no longer there anymore. To be honest with you this last 24 years that has passed this mall is really going downhill. The maintenance in all the mall outside and inside really needs to be updated. The same nasty carpets that are in the mall have been there since they first build the mall . They really need to take care of that place. Alot of stores have closed over the last 24 years, it was really sad to see some stores cannot keep up in business. But mostly it's the owners who are not taking care of the mall and they're letting it fall apart.

I remember when this mall was being built during my childhood and how I shopped there as a teenager. It used to be a great place, but it has really gone downhill. The upkeep is terrible, with filthy carpets and a dire need for pressure washing and other maintenance. Security is virtually nonexistent, which is concerning given the behavior of some of the kids who frequent it now. Most of the stores are disappointing, except for longstanding ones like Old Navy, Buckle, H&M, and DTLR. The vendors selling shoe cleaning services and scented oils are particularly annoying, constantly hounding customers. No one enjoys being pressured to buy something they don’t want. This mall is quickly deteriorating, and changing to West End. The owners need to make significant changes quickly or repurpose the space into something more beneficial. It's sad to see such a once-beautiful place decline so badly.

Update from 9/21/2024:
The only reason we came to this mall was because my brother was looking for a specific shoe. When we got to the mall, I personally had to use the restroom. The restroom near Macy’s, you could smell outside, it made me sick and I couldn’t enter. So, we walked up to the food court and they are remodeling the restrooms on that end. The only other place was regal cinema. So, we walked to regal where there were two security guards and a regal employee. I asked if I could use the restroom and I was told, “The restroom was for paying customers for regal and I had to buy a ticket to use the restroom.” I had to buy a ticket to pee? He then said, “You can walk to the one by Macy's.” I advised him the restroom was filthy, rank and it was a no. He said you have to buy a ticket. My brother and I told him that we wouldn’t be spending a dime at regal nor arbor place anymore and we left. If I were an elderly individual or one who had issues with holding their bodily functions, this would have been an issue. If you barely have anyone cleaning the bathroom you have open to the public and there’s only one bathroom open, how is this ok for the amount of people who frequent the mall at the same time? If there’s just one restroom for the masses, remove the ridiculous pay to pee policy at regal or there will be some big issues coming your way.
