Zero... my grandson lives at Arbor Point.
He is not a good neighbor or tenant. He is 21 , and has been homeless for years. He has no clue how to be a good neighbor . And with the street people taking over his apartment. So I agreed when they wanted to evict him.
All that being said as truthfully as possible, no matter how awful it makes me feel . This complex blew it when they broke the law and decided to evict him illegally by changing his locks while he was in the hospital. This is not how it's done. Evict him legally. Lead by example. In my eyes these people have just acted just like My brainless grandson. And they should be ashamed of himself.
I had just purchased tons of cleaning supplies and was forcing him to clean the place up . To return it to you in the same condition he got it in.
Now I say you got what you deserve. And I'm reporting it to the police. So, now your a bad guy just like him.

I would have expected something more.

To all of the other tenants, my deepest apologies for being forced to put up with Caleb's disrespect.

If you knew his story you may have a drop of compassion for the kid. But as I told Caleb. I would be pissed off if I had him for a neighbor.

Where is the lesson he should be taking with him.

And why would you want to clean up that mess.

This place is basically trash they have roaches and bed bugs I would not recommend living here unless you want your furniture ruined and also the random people jingling your door very late a night the homeless there is unacceptable there was not a day that went by that there was homeless sleeping in the washing rooms oh and for the washing rooms there washers and dryers are broken 99% of the time the matenence employees do not care at all one other tenant was trying to do laundry and the water started to leak over in my apt if I could I sue this place for the damages they did to my property and the damages to us and the rest of our animals that lives there do not live here it’s a lawsuit waiting to happen shut down arbor point. This place is absolutely horrible, you can't walk into the kitchen or bathroom without seeing at least 8 or 9 roaches running to hide. The reviews that say there is no bedbugs got lucky, this place is INFESTED with them. The homeless problem is so bad over there, people are breaking down doors to empty apartments and squatting there and not to mention even jiggling the doorknobs and walking into occupied apartments, managment has been told about this but they refuse to do anything about it. The halls always have a fishy or rotten smell, theres a new mystery stain on the stairs everyday (even found a used tampon on the stairs). The landlord also asks people to make false 5 star reveiws to get their ratings up and give the illusion that this place is even remotely livable. You are paying for a pool that isnt even a pool anymore, the closets have no doors (not a big deal but the pictures show they do) the blinds will break at the slightest gust of wind and things in the apartment itself will randomly break and they can't be bothered to fix it. Do not rent here, find somewhere thats not a health hazard.

I just moved in last month and I have no issues. The property is clean and the office ladies are great. The maintenance guys that I have met are nice and helpful.

The management here is great! But the bug problem though.... makes it disgusting. Management will go above and beyond to help! If you can handle roaches its not that bad. Management will spray your place every 2 weeks but it doesn't help the roaches keep coming. I have never seen a bug problem this bad since Terry Regan properties. The staff will fix any problems you have and are loving and respectable people. But yet again these roaches will ruin the good experience. I am truly amazed these apartments are still up and running due to the bugs. Its unsanitary. But I love management!

I’m not sure how these apartments are considered “livable” all the bad reviews are true, all the good ones are false. There’s roaches in EVERY single building and apartment. I was told my unit was roach free and the first day I moved in of course there were roaches. This place is trashy and disgusting. The buildings are not well kept at all. There’s a horrible smell inside the buildings and it’s just flat out dirty and disgusting. I’m so glad to finally be out of these apartments. Do yourself a favor and pay extra for an actual nice place, trust me, it’s worth it. These apartments need to be demolished and put to the ground, completely redone and rebuilt if they want these apartments to be considered “nice” I’m surprised no one has reported this place to the department of housing. I would but I’m out of there so there’s really no point. Hopefully this helps someone steer clear from these places because trust me, you’ll regret it.

The management is great! Kasey will go above and beyond for the tenants here. I've lived here almost 4 years. Never have had bedbugs or roaches. They continue to update buildings and improve our security constantly. Very pleasent living here. Maintenance is always working to keep it clean and working to improve. I wish the pool was open. Lol
