My aunt has been at Arbor Ridge for 2 weeks. It has been an optomistic experience and the staff couldn't be nicer, patient or more accommodating. They have very stressful jobs, but have very positive attitudes.

My mother in law was here for 20 days for knee rehabilitation. She was very happy with how friendly everyone is, how clean the facility is, and for the smiles they gave her everyday. Prior to coming here, we were SO nervous because of all the horror stories about rehabilitation centers. This place is exceptional and one of a kind.

Food: Delicious!

Activities: very fun and kept her engaged and happy

Staff: she was so appreciative of everyone and became instant friends 🙂

My sister is here. Terrible place. She's diabetic, and even though they've been told this, she still gets a regular menu full of things she can't eat. They can't be bothered getting her out of bed or back into bed. They are always "too busy '. I don't know what's going on, but I would never recommend this place. How they cana be rated highly is beyond me.

My experience at Arbor Ridge was great! I’m doing so much better because of everyone here. I am grateful for your rehab and definitely glad I came here. Alexandra has amazing bedside manner and is attentive to anything I need. Trish has gone to bat with me several times and she is so gentle. They were always making sure I was eating and okay at all times. Your rehab is and was the only alternative for me rather than going home and I am so happy I made the decision to come here.
Having multiple surgeries back to back Arbor Ridge would the ideal location for me to come and recover and a healthy and safe environment and I would 100% recommend this place to anybody who is on the mend!

I’m not one to write reviews. I’d also give zero stars if possible. The facility in question fails to adequately address the concerns of family members and does not prioritize the well-being of patients. Despite assurances of providing the best care, they are slow to respond to requests and often defer decisions to the doctor without taking timely action. Staff members are frequently found congregating at the nurses' station, seemingly indifferent to patient needs. Excuses are made for the lack of progress in physical therapy and patient mobility, citing readiness and staffing issues. This lack of proactive care and communication creates a concerning environment for both patients and their families. As a result of the neglectful care at this facility, my mother was left unable to walk after two weeks of being there. It is not recommended to choose this facility unless you want your family member to leave in a worsened condition than when they arrived. The facility falsely presents itself as a top-notch establishment, showing interest in the patient's well-being and appearing concerned. However, their true motive is to prolong the patient's stay for financial gain, rather than providing genuine care. WORSE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

So thankful for arbor ridge and their Korean program lead by Mr. Kim. My 89 year old grandmother who is Korean speaking had required subacute stay and for me, knowing there was a SNF that not only had a Korean program, but a reliable team really allowed my family and I at ease. Huge shout out to the Korean leadership, nursing staff/medical team and administration at arbor ridge, I am truly thankful!

Arbor ridge took in my husband who had complex medical issues other rehabs did not accept. Their skill and medical capabilities transformed the health of my husband. It was a miracle. We owe it to the high standard of care from the doctors, nurses, aides, physical therapy, nutrition and all the wonderful people that work there. They provide transportation for residents for medical appointments. We can’t thank them enough. We were blessed to of found it and they were our family for the months we were there.
