When customer service is lacking these days, this place Does Not disappoint. Tyler helped me with the purchase a new board and boots and he set my son up with rental board and bindings. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am loyal customer now.

Showcasing the latest and greatest boards and apparel in the Arbor family, this modestly-sized shop is home of the best Arbor has to offer. Whether it's the latest in snowboarding technology, skateboards ranging from the fastest downhill drop-through to the most fun boardwalk cruiser, or even a fresh beanie to add to your collection, Arbor is the beachfront board shop to check out this summer. (Or winter, if you happen to be reading this later. ^_^ )

Oh, and the staff are absolutely incredible. Super knowledgeable, and nearly all of them are experienced riders. Any questions you have or recommendations for size,style etc., they'll take care of you.

I am so stoked that this shop is here! There's not many other places around the area that sell good quality snowboards and gear and actually know what they are talking about when it comes to selecting the right board. They really spent some time with me making sure I was comfortable with the right board purchase, because ideally this is something that I will be riding for years and years to come. I ended up with the Clovis at a really good deal and i'm extremely stoked, I can't wait until the season starts. The other great part about this shop is the skateboards... They have a pretty rad selection of boards and wheels that are built for cruising around the beach area. I will def come back to upgrade to one of the soft wheels they carry for my skate and probably pick up some new bindings before the season starts. The shop also carries some men's and women's clothing, sunglasses and sandals. Perfect shop for PB, check it out!

Went there and got a snowboard for my son’s birthday. Designs are so beautiful. Tyler was extremely helpful. He even remembered us from last year when we were in. Great selection and wonderful people. I’ve gotten a skateboard and now a snowboard and have been happy with both!

My wheels were getting pitted and shredded after a solid year of riding the board I purchased there and Tyler hooked it up with some free wheels and proper advice on how to resurface the board. Great vibes and perfect customer service. I was going to buy a sector nine for my next board but I'm sold on Arbor simply for the physical location and service. Props guys
