The atmosphere at Arbor Terrace is warm and welcoming, making it feel like a true home. A special shoutout to Linda and her exceptional housekeeping team. Additionally, Jamie and the nursing staff and the concierge desk staff are incredibly attentive and compassionate, ensuring that residents receive the care and attention that they deserve. Paula and Annette provide wonderful activities to keep the residents engaged. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the well-being of everyone here.

My husband and I had the pleasure of touring Arbor Terrace.
Our experience was very positive. We met with Musi Gal, the Community Sales Director, who spent quite a substantial amount of time explaining all about Arbor Terrace. She is very warm and welcoming person!
She then took us on a tour of the facility. We met many staff members who chatted with us and seemed to enjoy their work at Arbor Terrace. The environment was very bright and cheerful! We observed the activity list and they have many daily activities for the residents to participate in. We had lunch in their dining room which was very open and had beautiful views of the outdoors.
The food was excellent!
Overall we had a lengthy visit and left with a feeling of wanting to recommend this lovely facililty to some friends who are considering moving into Arbor Terrace. Of the several other facilities we toured, this was definitely our number One choice!

I searched for a year for the right facility to place my 96 and 97 year old parents. Arbor Terrace is the perfect place. You feel the warmth and friendliness as soon as you walk into the door from both the staff and the residents. The facility is medium size and easily navigated by both my wheelchair bound parents. The food is excellent, the activities are plentiful and diverse, and the field trips are well planned. My 96 year old mother has learned to play dominoes and my father, who I didn’t even know he knew how to play, has joined in. Of utmost importance is that there are physicians and nurse practitioners available, nurses there 24/7, lots of aides to assist with activities of daily living, a great cleaning and maintenance staff, and excellent chef and dining room attendants. The administrative staff are always available to chat with family and residents. The facility is spotless and smells good. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace.

The staff at Arbor Terrace were wonderful to work with. Nandy and Musi were very professional, guiding us through this process. They were also compassionate, giving us an attentive and listening ear and calling us back with any questions we had. The facility was very clean and warm. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for an assisted living facility for a loved one.

My mother has been a resident in the memory care unit since February. I am very happy with her care. The staff have been great. Gwendolyn, Ivy, Mary Lou, Tamika, Loretta and Ernest are always welcoming when I visit. Gwendolyn is great, always letting me know what personal care products my mother is getting low on or suggesting what she needs. There is always an activity going on keeping everyone engaged.

We visited this facility to see what it had to offer for our mom. Musi was very thorough and caring. She answered all of our questions and gave us a detailed tour. It was clean and both the residents and staff seemed to be happy to be there. Communication after the visit was stellar. I would highly recommend checking them out to see if it meets the needs of your loved one.

Jon is awesome and handled everything I threw his way during my mother's move at Arbor Terrace. Linda keeps everything very clean and is always there to assist me. Terri Ann always stays calm and helps me with my needs. Mary really cares about the tenants and works with the families to make this transition as easy as possible.

Arbor Terrace equals extended family. Looking for a residence for a guardianship case wasn't easy, but every step was made easy and stress free by each staff member at Arbor Terrace. From the tour with Musi, to signing document, the move-in, medication reconciliation with DON Jamie, and check-ins weekly with Nandy.. we have been impressed with level of care and attention.
The community itself is always clean and welcoming and there are always fun and exciting events for friends and family to attend.
I will continue to recommend Arbor Terrace for all my clients, friends, and family.
