My mother was here for two days and did not receive any medication (of witch is life threatening), no breathing treatments, no oxygen, was not changed for over 46 hours, and kept in a wheel chair for 46 hours. she now has sores from sitting in her own piss, and is completely swollen from the knees down due to not having any movement.

Arbor Terrace is an amazing facility for loved ones to receive excellent quality care and therapy. The staff is welcoming, friendly and treat residents like family. They consider each person as more than a person, they consider love and kindness in their care.

This place smells like urine throughout, the floors are gross and unpolished. If you have a loved one here please be aware. I went to visit a friend. The place was horrendous to say the least, all the care givers were standing in the center laughing and carrying on while patients were yelling for help.

I spent 3 weeks in this facility for skilled nursing. Supper was usually slices of lunch meat. Breakfast was served with a roach in my gravy. Bathroom was filthy , stained with urine around the pedastal. Please, do not take your loved one here!

My grandmother is very well taken care of there. The staff treats her as though she is family and provides excellent care . My husband and I can rest easy knowing she is in the best of hands .

Very caring team of nurses, physicians and all staff. Great place to work! Administration works hard to provide services needed in our community. Dialysis provided in house with a great team.

They left my Father- in-law in bed until he got bed sore and also left he wet it was horrible. The Hospital said it was the worst case of neglect they had seen. They need to be closed down.

This place still has 1960s everything looks outdated I don't know how they pass ,the nurses are oldddd ,and have an attitude,not to mention several friends said the nurses don't rotate patients often at ALL ,patients having sores etc ,a patient was not being watched often ,this will not surprise me if patients die often who are in a ICU care. Fix this please.dont just respond and don't fix it .
