I don’t live here but it’s a great community in the canopy area. My mom loves this place says she never wants to leave. It’s been tough finding her a place where she feels at home, Over the last 5 years we’ve had to try her out at different complexes. I’m happy to say we’ve finally found her a place she can call home. She loves every aspect of this place, In fact she calls literally everyday to tell me how much she loves everything and everybody here. From the office staff to the maintenance men & her neighbors. I want to give a huge shoutout to Destiny & Torrine, she raves about you guys!

I could not ask for a better place to live! When I came home from work this past Monday we were without power for a short while due to a severe storm. I was unable to get into my apartment because I had the blind deadbolt locked and was unable to get the garage door open because of the loss of power. I could hear my dog crying at the door.
Terrified I would not be able to get to him and crying myself I called the maintenance department after hours. With in just a few minutes they were on the phone and he was on the way. The entire time he stayed on the phone with me, reassuring me that he would be able to get the garage door open and help me get to my dog.
As a single woman, security is important to me. One of the many reasons I chose Arbor Trace. Now, I add a compassionate, skillful maintenance department to the top of my list!
If you are looking for a place that is secure, beautiful and great staff to work with, you have found your home!

I’ve waited 6 weeks after moving in to write this review. All I can say is LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! My family and I relocated from out of state and we searched 8 different apartment homes in the Tallahassee area that will accommodate our family of 4. My husband, son (3), daughter who is 5 months were welcomed here with open arms. Destiny provided the best customer service out of any place we toured. We love the amenities, floor plan, staff and neighborhood. Thank God we found our new home. 5 stars should be 10 stars. It has been beyond incredible!

Another reviewer holds some of the same concerns I have; however, the management team is superior to my previous apartment, Millstream at Cascades. The largest complaint I have is noise, since I am also a shiftworker. Construction is right outside our apartment of the new apartment building and it starts around 7am or so, and like the other person said, we hear our neighbors. Outside of that we've seen a few silverfish in the bathroom and have had a massive roach come out of our breaker box. Gross. Pest control has been here twice, once before the inside bugs were seen. We'll likely need routine services for that. Good news is they have a pet solution so there's less to worry about with our cats!

In terms of maintenance, we get heads up texts that maintenance is on the way. This is substantially better than my previous appointment and they honor at least which days of the work which work best for you. I will try to remember to request certain times so that we're not surprised in the morning or from when we work from home. Work orders have been completed promptly.

Compared to Millstream, this place is a dream. Between the responsive texts, the staff, the amenities, the raffles if you pay rent early, the events. The only thing I'd really ask for is better sound proofing. If it had that 5 stars.

My wife and I have lived here since the end of January and the apartments were ( and still are) under construction. But we were fully aware of that and so construction dust, noise and small inconveniences were expected with the decision. We have been more than pleased with our move to Arbor Trace.

The staff, Christina, Ashley and Kali, excel as property managers. They are friendly, helpful and professional. We submitted our deposit for a 2 bedroom with garage in February of 2018 and waited with great anticipation for completion. We are an older couple and have built two custom homes in Tallahassee and know what new construction entails. This is NOT a custom home or condo nor did we expect it to be perfect!!! BUT the floor plan, overall finishes, garage space AND the people have made this a ideal choice for us.

As mentioned above, the people who work here, the management staff, the maintenance staff (Joe and Justin) as well as the the facilities are exceptional. They have all bent over backwards to meet any and all requests for repair, additions or issues that we have had. Communication is prompt and professional. We have had some health problems since we moved in and everyone has gone out of their way to help us with disability and mobility concerns. Arbor Trace is already built to ADA standards as much as is possible for the general population. ( wide doorways and openings). And one of the most enjoyable aspects of living here is our neighbors who also call this home!!

We have a dog, as do many renters here. There is plenty of space, pet relief stations, and a dog park. Everyone seems to be well aware of pet etiquette!! The pool, which we overlook, is like a resort for all sunbathers and swimmers. The grounds are beautifully designed and maintained. Many areas have trees to enhance the green spaces and they will be a real atmospheric asset as we watch them grow.

Negative reviews not withstanding, if you are looking for a quality apartment home, then please consider moving here and joyfully watching this property go through it’s “new “ stages to a model of comfortable, enjoyable apartment living.

We moved to Arbor Trace in February. I absolutely can’t say enough good things about this place. The office staff (here’s looking at you... Allison, Ashley, & Kali) are amazing! The maintenance staff is top notch (Justin!!). The apartments are beautiful with crown molding, granite, beautiful farmhouse grey floors, MASSIVE (I mean massive closets, ladies), and huge garages ( for all the man things)! The grounds are pristine (even in the midst of construction). They never complain about signing for my gazillion packages and always text me to let me know they made it safely (and it’s a lot, a lot ?) and the neighbors are friendly. We moved from a large home on land and I was worried about the adjustment and it’s been a piece of cake! Thank you to all the staff and wonderful people that make living here such a pleasure. ?❤️?

Currently in an uncomfortable living situation where the family above me have children that are running, stomping and jumping all day non-stop. It is so bad that I have dinner plates and the chandelier rattling. I have contacted the leasing office and per the manager nothing can be done. However this was a known issue prior to me moving in 3 weeks ago where there were previous complaints.

Had I known about this, I would have never moved in.
