We moved our 92 yo mother to ArborView about 2 1/2 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased with the condition and the cleanliness of the facility and the caring and kind employees. Everyone from the janitorial staff to the cooks to the medical staff to the office staff go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. They truly care for the well being of our mother, are accommodating, and have been so easy to work with. We would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone!

I just finished up my first year as a resident at Arbor View and it has been an unbelievably fantastic experience. I don't think it would be better anywhere else. The staff here are most welcoming, loving and caring to all the residents. Arbor View is ione classy place.
I want to send kudos especially to Nikki Overby , the executive director of Arbor View. She has helped me out in so many ways including stabilizing my rent so I can stay here for the long-term. I recently found myself in the ER and Nikki and her staff were there for me supporting me along every step of that journey. I spent many years of my career in leadership/management positions and hoped my leadership would trickle down to my employees, I'm told it did over my 35-year career. I think Nikki's leadership and management style has rubbed off an every employee on staff here. I salute her for all her caring for everyone here at Arbor View.

My mother has only been in the assisted living part of Arbor View for a little over a week, but so far it's been a good experience. Although the facility is reminiscent of the 1960's on the outside, it's clean and modern inside. More importantly, the staff at Arbor View is very friendly and responsive to her needs. She is especially enjoying the good food offered three times a day and the help she gets every day, which allows me and my sister to take care of other family members. Cody, April, Katy, Delma, and others have been especially helpful with my mother's transition from living in her own home to assisted living at Arbor View. My family is grateful for all they and the rest of the staff is doing to care for her.

Arbor View is a lovely home feeling place to live. There is always someone available to help when needed and make sure that residents are in a clean and pleasant environment. The independent living studios allow for a resident to open the sliding door and enjoy some fresh air and sunshine. You don't feel like you are restricted in any way and can enjoy everyday visiting with friends or just keep to yourself when you want. The renovations are really nice and it feels like home. The staff is caring and willing to lend a hand when needed but not intrusive when you prefer quiet and time to relax. I highly recommend this unique environment to friends and family.

Arbor View Assisted Living is absolutely a great place. My husband was a resident and enjoyed his time there. My thanks to the staff who were professional, kind, and accommodating. Special thanks to Cody the director, who was easy to work with, April, Nicki, and Jose who made my husband laugh. Due to my husband’s illness he had to be moved to a different level of care. If ever I had to go to assisted living this would be the place for me. Again, thanks for making this a good experience for my husband.

The staff at Arbor View was very helpful and caring from the time our Dad entered "Independent Living" in October, 2022 until he passed away as an "Assisted Living" resident on March 9, 2024. Nikki was especially helpful in giving us kids the information we needed to make an informed decision to change Dad's status from "Independent" to "Assisted". An when it made sense to change Dad's status again to "Hospice Care", Nikki and the rest of the staff was also very helpful and answered all our questions. It was really nice that Arbor View allowed Dad to go from "Independent" all the way to "Hospice" care without having to change to a different apartment or room. I'd also like to give a shout out to Patti at the front desk-- she was always welcoming, and always helpful with whatever question or problem we had.

I'm sure there are fancier senior living facilities in the Denver area, but considering Arbor View's relatively low price, it is a very good value. I don't believe Dad would have been comfortable in a fancier place anyways-- just not his style.

We were surprised by how much we liked this place. Granted, it wasn't the place we ultimately chose - but we haven't chosen any, yet. (It's hard to make the decision to move a spouse/parent into assisted living). BUT, we're glad we visited and this place will remain on our list of possible future choices - should circumstances change. From the outside, it looks old. But, it's late October and 'nature' looks old. The inside, however is newly renovated, clean and uncomplicated. We liked all of the views and natural light. What really impressed us was the staff. Very pleasant and many have been there a number of years. This is important - low staff turnover. One concern was the size of the studio apartments - which are tiny. If, however, you have a loved one with mobility issues, the small size may not be a concern. For a loved one who is a little more active, a one-bedroom would be cool...private patio and great views from a number of locations. The idea of a private room with your own personal out-door space for a few chairs and a small table really appealed to me. Thank you, April, for the tour~

Update: We moved my mom into Arbor View Assisted Living beginning of December 2023. Today (January 2024) we moved her out of assisted living into a memory care home. Based on what we ‘thought’ we knew about my mom, Arbor View was a great choice. We have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the care they provided my mom.
It wasn’t until after we moved my mom that we learned how ‘mobile’ she can be – especially in the middle of the night. Dementia + wandering isn’t something that can be managed in an assisted living setting. We want to thank everyone for their care and patience with my mom (and with us!) while we re-evaluated, searched for and found the type of care facility better suited to my mom’s needs.

I have been here about 2 months. I am very happy here. I feel that people really care about me as an individual. These people seem to go out of their way to do fun stuff for us all day long. We're having popcorn on national popcorn day and some drinks this afternoon at 3:00. I reported I had a light out in my bathroom this morning by the time I got back from exercise class which was about an hour later it was replaced. I am in a single room with enormous closet space and a fabulous view out of my back double glass doors. This place just has a great feeling everyone is friendly it's very comfortable the dining room gives great service and I really kind of feel like I have a home!
