Very disappointed with this place. When we put my dad there, they made it sound as though they were loving and attentive to their patients. I went to visit my dad on a morning and he was clearly not feeling well. His lips were so dry and he was asking me for water. He was so dehydrated. I told the staff and they said they will make sure he gets plenty of fluids and he needed some rest. I left for that day and no more than 5 hours later they sent him by ambulance to the hospital. He passed 2 days later due to a UTI that was so bad his organs started shutting down. Horrible place for a family member!

This review is particularly about Valerie the CNA ✨ I transported her and a patient and I must say that she is very sweet and caring you can absolutely tell that she cares about her patients and the people that she cares for. She conversates with them and shows interest in the things that they talk about and their concerns. Finding people who are truly genuine about caring for others and who truly love what they do is rare nowadays. You can tell that she does just that she's an absolute gem! Facilities like this need more people like her! Not people who are just there for paycheck!!

Arbor View in general is a great facility in a beautiful area and so far has some of the best people to care for you!

I was beyond disappointed with the attention my father received. It was closer to neglect. If I had the option of giving a rating less than 1 star, I would.
