I really start by saying that the management team of this community are not professional at all, they are arrogant, arrogant and liars, everything that a professional should not do, here they have a doctorate in that matter, nothing works here is not as they say, The buildings are dirty, stairs are dirty, maintenance is a headache to fix something, in the pool area, the bathroom does not work, and if you ask to use the office bathroom, they deny you the pool shower. It doesn't work, the power outlets in the pool area don't work, the Grills are gas and the manager Sebastian makes the residents use charcoal, so they don't buy them, the gym is a total fraud, the machines mostly don't work, Only 2 machines work well in the gym, another detail so that you have an idea before moving here, if you plan to stay after 7 in the afternoon enjoying the pool, don't do it, because the team of manager Sebastian and his assistant will call to the police and they will tell them that you are trespassing, another of their lies. The apartments are many full of cockroaches, the air conditioning units are dirty and old, if they tell you to change the filter they give you the wrong one, and the manager Sebastian simply tells you to cut it with scissors. Susan, the assistant manager, is the most racist person I have ever met. She treats African Americans and Hispanics badly. She slams the door in your face. She tells you that she doesn't care about your problem. She doesn't have time for you. Everything here. It is a mistake and a problem, in my opinion they should change the entire management team, in order to change the failed structure that they have created, they should also listen more to the residents of this community, I really do not understand how people like Susan can work with public, really with all the incidents she has had it was because they would have fired her already, oh another thing here they rent the apartment to you and they don't let you see it, they can also tell you that it is renovated and after you gave them the money you realize which is a lie, and manager Sebastian tells you it's a mistake. They are very good at lying. My question is, do you really want to move to a place like this?, and now they are most likely trying to delete this, oh they just respond by telling you to go to the office, no more excuses in the office, they don't solve anything, no more lies and do things well.

I've been a resident of Arbor Walk (formally Oxford Walk) since 2007. That in itself speaks volumes. The property is well kept, maintenance requests are executed with accuracy, cleanliness; and in a timely and professional manner.

Over the years, I've seen management staff come and go. I must say, the management team I have now is A+. Sebastian (Mgr) and Susan (Asst Mgr) are very friendly, professional, personable, and always ready to assist. I find Susan to be a very cheerful person, and she is eager to help with whatever I need whenever I call or come into the office.

They're like a mini extended family... I can always count on them when needed.

This was one of the worst places to live at with a horrible office staff to go along with it. The gate is always broken meaning anyone can come and go as they please even if they didn't live there and on many occasions they do, the garbage was always open and leaking out into the street and is always everywhere, lastly Sebastian who is one of the worst managers I have ever encountered because he is grossly incompetent and lacks the basics skills to be an effective manager. Susan who is the assistant manager is a close second. If your looking for a good place to live look elsewhere, Arbor walks is definitely not it.

Shout out to Edwin! He is a really good human and a good maintenance guy. He is very considerate about your personal living space and always explains the work he has done or will be doing in your home. I 100% appreciate him and value his work quality!

I love my new community that I now reside at. Arbor Walk provides everything that you want in a home, like washers and dryers in each unit. That helps me to save money tremendously, especially having to wash weekly. My community was so quiet last night that I was at peace without hearing loud music or loud talking that you can't hear your TV.
Plus, they provide complimentary trash pick up so, you don't have to walk to the trash dumpster. Now what community provides this kind of service for their residents? So in all, I give Arbor Walk five ⭐'s. I'm impressed.

Without a doubt I do not recommend this community to anyone to call it home, and I explain myself, the location is good, technically the site looks good, but, they charge you for something they don't do, the managers especially Susan the white lady between about 45 years of age and older, she is an arrogant and racist person she enjoys humiliating people and making her feel bad, I really don't know how that person still works for Arbor Walk, she needs to be expelled immediately, she is not right to work with the public, she has no ethics, she is arrogant and manipulative pedant, I saw the video posted on social media and I couldn't keep quiet, she is the typical Karen of social media, don't really waste her time moving to this site

Moved in one week ago. The property is well maintained, the movers were done in less time than expected, and the staff was most welcoming and helpful. Very happy we found Arbor Walk Apartments.

My name is Lina, I usually don't write on social media oh here, I'm 84 years old, but it really is necessary for people to know what this property really is and the people who represent it, oh be it the manager and especially the assistant manager Susan.
In this property they will never treat you well, sorry except the first day, they will try not to show you the apartment, the reason the apartment they are going to rent you is not renovated, that is the first lie, Susan is Karen's character social media, she hates the Hispanic and African American communities, in short she is a racist and arrogant person, she votes you out of the office and simply tells you I don't care, today I witnessed an incident, very bad of her, and from the manager Sebastian who does not care about anything that has to do with the residents of the community,
I hope that the owners of this company can see this and take action on the matter, Susan is not a good person for her company and is not professional at all, on the contrary, every day you will have less business, and yes I have copies of today's video which will be posted on social media so that people can see who Susan really is and how racist she behaves, but more than her current form, it is her manager Sebastian's fault for allowing this situation.
Honestly, that job is not for her, she is not at that professional level. They should fire her for being racist.
