I hate writing reviews when I don't use a service but here is why I didn't. On October 1, a young lady came out to give me an estimate on two oak trees I needed trimmed. I expected this to run me about $1500 and, based on reviews and radio personality endorsements, I really wanted to use them. She told me it would take a week to get me an estimate (wow, again two trees, not a forest needing work). After 10 days, I called 2 other favorably reviewed companies and had estimates the same day they came out. Here we are, now 16 days later, and still not a word from this company. I guess they are really way too busy, but at least tell me you don't care to do jobs that only have two large trees, don't just quietly blow me off.

I've used ASI in the past. Called them again to clean up my large 25 year old cedar elm tree. When they were done, I went out to look at the tree and could tell they did a lot of thinning (which I requested). Not a leaf or branch was left on the ground...clean up was excellent. Could not even tell they had been there except my tree looks clean and awesome!

Fantastic job trimming our oaks and stabilizing another tree with cables. Nick's expertise really showed through as he directed the crew to trim our trees above the roof, and they also listened to our request to let a bit more light into our garden area. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the crew cleaned up everything and didn't leave any mess at all. You can tell the whole company really cares about doing a quality job, not just making a buck and moving on.
