I have a loved one in that facility. And she's only 42 yrs young, they have neglected her in the utmost, She call for help employees come when they feel like it and mind you it's hours later.
She has to sit in urine for over 4 hours because they just don't show up. This is Unacceptable.

Due to the neglect Mr. P. experienced in this facility during his stay during the month of June 2024 (discharged 6/27/24), Mr. P. is experiencing new and continued severe health issues due to the neglectable lack of care received at Aspire at Arbor Springs. Mr. P. was discharged on 6/27/24 to my daughter as she could see that his health was declining due to the lack of attention and care. Mr. P. was admitted to this facility from the hospital following kidney stone surgery. Mr. P. was discharged from hospital with a catheter, which remained in him during the entire stay at Aspire, for the staff's convenience. Mr. P. was flown back to Michigan and admitted to a rehab facility here. My daughter was told that because the catheter had been left in for weeks that the only way he could urinate was for the new rehab facility to insert a catheter until he voided, then it was removed. In other words, he has lost his ability to urinate on his own and will need to relearn the process. If he can as damage has been done. Mr. P.'s daughter was visiting him at Aspire and witnessed directly the room mate calling for bathroom assistance for well over an hour. No one came. The room mate got up, stumble to the bathroom, almost fell headfirst until my daughter caught him. The room mate could not wipe himself, pull up his pants, and barely made it back to his bed. We received daily calls from Mr. P., saying he needed to have a bowel movement and no one was answering his calls. My daughter called the unit desk, the front desk, anyone that would be receptive to helping him. This was a daily occurrence. My daughter gave the staff advance notice that she would be removing her father from Aspire. No discharge papers were given. They gave her a huge bag of medications, with the only instructions being on the bottles. The receiving rehab facility told my daughter that Mr. P. did not need to be on half of those medications. The care he received at this facility Aspire was definitely, substandard at best, but in our view, this is neglect: Neglect of an elderly person or disabled adult may be based on repeated conduct or on a single incident or omission that results in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, serious physical or psychological injury, or a substantial risk of death, to an elderly person or disabled adult. This definition is taken from Florida Elder law. If this happened to Mr. P. and his room mate, there are probably others in this facility who have had similar, if not worse experiences.

Mistreatment of patients‼️‼️‼️‼️
Staff doing doubles and they are tired ‼️
Aides having attitudes when they have to come down and help other aides on floors!!
I’ve witnessed three aides complaining in front of me and my father about having to do things that’s required ‼️
In the mist of changing my dad aide states he wanted to sit down in the middle of changing my dad.
Asked aide if he needed he a chair he responded no with an attitude and complained. Aide expressed thru actions and words he didn’t want to work in that section.(Subacute)
Another aide was in the room when aide was being rude. Aide then intentionally dropped my dad in a puddle of runny feces, and provided unacceptable excuse when asked why .surrogate rushed to nurses station to inform what happened and what was going on.
Nurse was asked to come get aide because of the mistreatment.
Aide should not be working with patients with this kind of attitude or lack of care.
Aide took his attitude out on my father and I have a problem with that. CORPORATE PLEASE CONTACT MY FAMILY‼️‼️

Physical Therapy Department really take time and care about the success of their patients. Activities Department is alot of fun and a good destraction.

There are great nurses and CNA's here. Food could be better but overall good. Only one CNA who works in a different area is bad. My room is great no bugs. They have been working to get rid of roaches. Activities staff is great.
