This is a very long overdue review of Dr. Azimi as it pertains to the amazing gift he provided for my father. Dr. Azimi saved my father’s life, literally! My father had not been taking good care of his health, and poorly controlled diabetes was not helping. Obviously a change in diet was way overdue, but how much can you change 75 year old man? Well, after a few episodes of chest pains, and low blood sugar levels, finding a top notch cardiologist became a must have. Dr. Azimi came highly recommended from family members and after reading and reviewing his credentials, education and experience, we were thrilled he took my father on as a patient.
From the initial interaction with Dr Azimi, we felt at home as we felt the love he provided. His bed side manners, his personality, his laughter were contagious.
My father had complete blockage of the right coronary artery and over 95% blockage of the left.
If we had not found Dr. Azimi, my father would have suffered a devastating heart attack.

So obviously this guy does not deserve his position or those awards and degrees that he's so-called earn due to the fact that my mom has a heart condition and he was very rude to her and saying that it wasn't not the problem. That it was her weight. So obviously he doesn't know his cardiovascular information on the body and the respiratory system. He did not want to read her history in hospitalization visits due to her heart failure and he was very rude to her. Did not want to listen to what she had to say. This guy does not deserve to be in that position of a doctor. He did not want to listen to my mother and her explanation of her condition.

Dr Azimi is the best cardiologist! He recommended that my husband get a pacemaker and I believe he saved my husband's life. He is very thorough and patient while making sure you understand the treatment he is recommending. His education is astounding and it shows in his patient care. His staff is very sweet .

Where do I begin? I first met Dr. Azimi in August of 2020. It was then, I met my first real life “Angel”. After getting COVID in late July 2020 and being hospitalized, I needed to turn to a cardiologist that was going to nurse me back to great heart health after suffering from cardiovascular inflammation that ravished my body. I did extensive research by asking many medical professionals who would they recommend. Multiple doctors, one of which was a family member, had advised me to go see Dr. Azimi as he has a tremendous trusted reputation in the San Diego region.

Reaching out to Dr. AZIMI was one of the best decisions that I made in my life. I was able to get an opportunity to talk to him immediately. After listening to my concerns on a late Saturday afternoon, Dr. AZIMI immediately comforted me until he was able to see me in person. Upon my visit, Dr. AZIMI was incredibly attentive to listening to my experiences and concerns. He immediately provided me comfort that I needed during a time of great disarray and uncertainty that was happening in my life and the world.

Dr. Azimi squeezed me into his busy schedule the upcoming Monday. He reviewed and recapped our conversation, reviewed all my medical records, and then instantly ran me through every test possible to insure that all checked out. Upon getting results several days later, he immediately followed up with me to share my results and put me on a plan that has ultimately restored my heart health.

I am sharing my story as my appreciation to him and his staff. Even years later, he continues to check on my health. I am grateful for not just finding a cardiologist doctor, but more so an “Angel” during a point in my life that I needed help both physically and mentally. Dr. AZIMI comforted me like no other has in the industry. I am forever GRATEFUL.
