The community really changed for the better when Gustavo and Marina came to the office. These people have really improved the Arbor Club. Always go to the meeting, with attention and understanding to all requests and life situations. With their arrival in the office the Community has improved 100%. I also want to thank JC, the person who will meet with a smile and give maximum attention, Kurt. Special thanks to Lou and his team who fix any breakdown within an hour and keep the community in top condition. Thank you guys a lot. I would definitely recommend this community.

This gated apartment community is truly an amazing place to live and comes with great amenities!! The property is very maintained and service calls are handled without delay. The management staff is very responsive and respectful to your concerns and needs. Kurt is by far, the most kind and thoughtful person in his communication efforts and demonstrates professionalism and encouragement when one is in doubt.

Jacquline and Kurt at the front office are wonderful and kind people, and are so patient and understanding. Maintenance is world class, and work hard to make sure any issues that come up are resolved quickly. Everyone who works here goes above and beyond, and the apartments are modern and comfortable. I wouldn’t change a thing!

I have been living in Boca Arbor Club since 2001, with the exception of a few years when I moved out. After that, when it was time to move again I knew that I would not find a better community to live in. My experience with the office and maintenance staff has always been nothing short of STELLAR!
Anytime… and I mean ANYTIME I needed something fixed at my apartment (AC, water heater, garbage disposal….etc, just one phone call and the whole entire staff and management are on the job and ready to make things right ASAP.
The management and staff aside, the community is beautiful. There’s a very nice pool area with barbecue grills, a very aesthetically pleasing landscape all the way around, and a security gate that makes me feel comfortable. There’s a lake with a sidewalk all around that’s perfect for walking or jogging. This is a pet friendly community as well. So many neighbors with dogs and it makes for a nice walk anytime of day. My dog loves meeting other dogs lakeside!!
If you rent an apartment with lake view it’s even better because it’s like watching the nature channel (that’s what my dog thinks also) because there are beautiful trees to watch birds, iguanas and squirrels do their thing. It’s a very peaceful place, well maintained and cared for.
The staff is amazing. Kurt and Jaqueline in the office are always there even for just a small chat while enjoying the beautiful clubhouse or the business center where I can go to make copies or fax something and use the computers.

My husband and I have been living here for 2 months and we are completely in love with our apartment. The apartment is beautiful, well finished and painted and the view is wonderful, very private. It is a gated community with swimming pool, tennis court, gym, walking trail and an incredible lake. Safe, quiet and clean neighborhood, very well maintained. Maintenance is extremely fast and effective, fixing it your apartment issue in a few hours. The leasing Office is amazing, attentive and helpful. Specially Kurt, who helped us since the beginning, making sure everything would be perfect for our move in day.
It's been a good experience to live in a community where the management cares about the resident and is always looking for ways to improve, making you feel that this is your home. For us, Boca Arbor Club is one of the best places to live in Boca Raton.

My boyfriend and I only moved in a few weeks ago, but I have to say we're really happy so far. The staff, especially Kurt and Jacqueline have been a pleasure to work with. Our upgraded apartment is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance calls are handled quickly. This is definitely a family and big dog friendly community. Only complaint we have is our downstairs neighbor is chain smoker, so there's a constant cigarette stench lingering by our front door. Unfortunately, you cant choose your neighbor's. Overall, very happy so far.

UPDATE 3/10/21
The situation with our neighbor below us has only gotten worse. The cigarettes stench now lingers into our apartment even with all the doors and windows shut. There’s no escape from it. We’ve tried speaking with management multiple times and their “solutions” are laughable. Even one of our other neighbors went to management about a completely different issue and nothing was done about it. They’re wonderful in helping with anything maintenance related, but if you have any real issues going on with neighbors etc, good luck getting help from management. They just want their apartments taken care of and their money every month, they don’t care about your overall well being.
