Not at all sure where the positive reviews came from. This company was not good. They missed their 1st appointment with us and I waited all day and took the day off work. The second time the guy stared at the washer and then left, didn’t leave a paper or call to let us know what was happening. They didn’t answer my calls or request for the next steps. I had to contact another company. Terrible

Professional, responsive, and thorough! We had a washer that needed a deep cleaning due a terrible smell and had a poor experience with another reputable company in the area. Mike came out the very next day to address the issue. He was knowledgable, detailed, thorough, and kind. Before leaving, he actually forced a manual run/spin/drain of our washer to make sure it was working perfectly before leaving our home. I’ve never had an appliance technician be that thoughtful and cautious and it gave us a high degree of confidence in his company. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you Mike.

We were told that they charge $75. The guy showed up and removed a mask stuck in the drain hose and charged us $175. He didn't even inform us anything about extra $100. Never calling this company again

Murphy hit us last night while finishing up the “make-ahead” stuff for Thanksgiving our oven went out! I assumed it would be plan B cook at the relatives house but gave it try and called. Mike answered right away and came first thing Thanksgiving morning. Not only did he fix it, but found faulty wiring that could have burn the house down! I can’t say enough about what a LIFE saver he is! Thank you Mike and E&A!

We very rarely reccomend contractors, but this is the rare exception. Firstly, Mike the owner of E&A is very responsive, fast and reasonably priced. Back in September our water dispenser stopped working and after careful consideration we selected Mike's company (solid reviews). His estimate was reasonable and completed all work satisfoctorly. Fast forward 9 months, our dispenser stopped working again. We called E&A and within 15 minutes Mike arrived and repaired our fridge water line at no charge. He carefully explained what had happened and also left us with the tools to unclog the line should it refreeze.

The technician, Michael, was very responsive, and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher right away. He had the part in the truck and was able to fix it in less than an hour. Two days later, the washing machine failed. Michael was back and fixed it right. Very polite, professional and good natured. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repair.

Wonderful experience with E&A - they were able to come on the same day I called (on a holiday weekend) and fix the problem. I will continue to use them and would recommend to anyone!
