Steven Earley and crew showed up on time and went straight to work. Stephen took out a big dead tree that was tall enough to take one side of my house out if it were to fall. To prevent damage to my property Steven decided to climb the tree and take it down from the top down one chunk at a time. He was very skilled with the whole process. He was very careful to be in control every step of the way. About 1/3 of the way down he climbed down and dropped the rest of the tree from the ground. And it landed exactly where he intended.

I had a few weird requests and Steven and crew were very supportive of me wanting to reuse some of the wood from today’s tree and a tree taken down several months ago. Cutting logs for seating around my fire pit and cutting six foot long logs laying on the ground and sawing off the tops so it made long benches. They also saved some of the curved bark that came off the tree whole and then cleaned up the yard. My yard was nicer than it’s been in a long time. And safe from potential falling trees.

The crew showed up and got straight to business. They very clearly enjoy their job and it shows. In the middle of the night on August 21st, a huge oak tree fell and landed on top of the fence in my backyard. The next morning I was shocked to see what had happened. So, I immediately went online to look for a tree service that had good reviews and an honest reputation.

This is when I found “Earley Arboriculture”. I called, and was immediately greeted by Steve, the owner of the company. I explained my situation to him and was elated when he offered to come up to my house that very evening to check out the damage.

Upon inspection, he offered to remove the tree for what I thought was a reasonable price given the enormity of the undertaking. Not only was he polite and courteous, but he also very generously rearranged his plans so that he and his crew could remove the tree for me as early as this Sunday on Labor Day Weekend!

As a result, I was completely overwhelmed with gratitude. He gave me a window for his arrival time and was very prompt. He took a number of pictures and put a digital album together for documentation if need be for insurance purposes, and Steve even had his crew buck up and saw the savable pieces to make it easier to cut them into firewood free of charge.

I was extremely impressed by his professionalism, kindness, and honesty. If you are looking for a tree removal service, I very highly recommend “Earley Arboriculture” for dependability and reliability at a fair price. I give this company an A+!
