I've been patient, but now I've had enough of trying to explain to two different managers at two separate Enterprise car rental locations that the vehicle they have given me is even more unsafe than the one I rented before. The car is a hazard on the road, filled with so many distractions that it makes driving downright dangerous. I am not willing to risk my safety or that of others by continuing to navigate it. Despite my repeated requests for another vehicle, my concerns have mostly been ignored. I demand a new car immediately, and I order it now. Renting a car for long periods is expensive, but my safety is priceless. If Enterprise cannot provide a safe and suitable vehicle, I will have no choice but to find an alternative rental company that provides the services that their contract has set, that I sign and pay for.
I hope this has clarified why I feel the way I do.
These photos show a small portion of the problems occurring while driving. Some warnings keep flashing despite clearing them, and some are from broken sensors.
The silver lining may be the lesson: I'll never buy a 2020 Nissan Altima SR. I wouldn't recommend you do so either if you've just read this entire message.
I hope Enterprise rentals sees the light and does the right thing. I cannot hold my breath any longer.

All of the staff are friendly and I've never had a problem renting from here. I only had one issue with one of the vehicles where the door jams were covered in mud. I realize it was probably rented as a work truck before. But as a regular customer, it wasn't what I expected to have to deal with and / or look at each time I got in and out of the truck. Especially trying not to get it on my shoes and jeans. I advised the rental agent when I returned, and it was kind of brushed off, which was disappointing. But other than that, the rental was super easy to book, and the electronic paperwork made picking up and dropping off a breeze.

We picked up our car yesterday from this location. They only had one car available even though we’d made our reservation weeks in advance. It was not in the class we had rented and would have been considered an upgrade other than it was a bit beat up and absolutely reeked of cigarettes. We were told that we would be able to exchange the car once they had another one available and they were really apologetic because they knew it stunk. We tried to today and they told us to contact the Bend location because they had more vehicles available. We contacted the Bend location and they told us to come down and they would switch the car out. My husband drove across town only to be told that they would only do it if we paid an additional $175 dollars for our week rental because they still don’t have anything in our category. It was a total waste of time and now we have to drive to a wedding in Washington in this stinky car and hope that our clothes don’t reek. I won’t rent from this location again and I feel like it was a ploy to get you to spend more money. Do NOT recommend.

Cole, the manager has helped me on multiple occasions. Today I showed up after they closed and we happened to see him leaving, we're heading to AZ from Oregon in a couple days and wanted to ensure everything was set. He unlocked the door and said come on in! Please send him my thanks for going above and beyond! You have a great manager in Redmond, OR!!!

Everytime I need a rental car this shop in Redmond has been amazing. They have such a friendly staff that are fast and get your right back on the road. They always call after you had a car for a day to make sure you’re happy. One time I could not figure out the fancy gadgets in a Toyota since I never drove one before and they let me trade it in for a make/model of vehicle that I was more used to, with no extra hassle. They want to make you happy and exceeded all my expectations.

My initial review when I began using Enterprise was higher, I even joined there rewards program. However, there has been a change in management since I last used their service, and the new assistant manager is rude and disrespectful. I have always shown my ID and used my debit card with no issues. Now apparently I have to bring more forms of ID to rent the car, then I did to get my license, it's absolutely ridiculous. They are lucky I don't give them 1 star.

So long story long my car got totaled so I got a rental through here. I was EXTREMELY nervous since this is being my first time ever renting a car and what not. I gotta tell you I received probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. It was fast, easy, they explained everything to me so no sneaky charges or anything, I got a GREAT car, and all for an awesome price. I really wish I could remember the names that helped me but it was the manager with all the tattoos and the pretty young blonde. Truly 10/10. They even took their time and drove me to the DMV when I had to grab something from there. If I ever have to rent a car again it will 100% be with the enterprise off of Hwy 97. They saved the day and now I can get back to work! Thank you guys so much!
