I normally do not do reviews but this was a must, my family and I visited this property in July after months of waiting anxiously for this trip. After seeing the pictures and reading the reviews of other families our expectations was very high. Well that was short lived this property has soooo much potential but it is poorly well kept. It was not clean, there was food still left in the fridge the appliances was not clean from the last guest, the freezer would not keep ice cream from melting we reported this to the owner and they responded very quickly to our needs but we was contacting him seems like ever few hours about something, more ice cream was brought to us which was a lovely gesture but that melted as well. The toilet kept stopping up, the pool system did not work from the inside, the guy that was sent out showed us how to override the system from the outside. The cabin where my husband and I slept was very unique but i pulled back the blankets and there was grass and crumbs underneath i was glad i brought a blanket cause I slept on top.. Not sure if the outside could have been treated for wasp but there was a bunch of them around .. My first time getting stung and it hurt like .... and that was while we was enjoying the zipline I'm pretty sure there was a nest under the wood block we had to use to land on to stop each other.. All in all we had a good time but it was a very expensive two day weekend stay for all the issues we had to endure, and speaking of that we asked to check in a few hours early and he wanted to upcharge us for that, like really.. Great property but not well kept....
