My house was disgusting, a buddy had painted it, poor prep, the paint had bubbles the size of oranges. I had multiple painters come look at it, and they just shook their heads. So I called Smile-A Mile.Their estimator came out, took one look, and said "this is above my pay grade", but I'll call my boss.
Later that day, Winston shows up, yes, the one with the smile. We walked around the house . I showed him all the work that needed to be done..new siding, new doors, new stairs, and paint, inside and out. He said "we'll get it done".
Winston general contracted the whole job. Crews showed up a few weeks later and re-sided the whole house, replaced doors, built 2 new staircases, and painted inside and out. Professional crews, clean jobsite, attention to detail.
After he installed the front door, he looked at it and said "it needs cedar trim". That wasn't in the contract, but he replaced the trim, and didn't charge me for it.
Winston is great guy, his crews are professional, I highly recommend "Smile-A- Mile" for any of your home repair/repaint requirements.

Overall the experience has been stellar. The quality of the work, the timeliness of the project, and the dedication to making the customer happy were all great.

Michelle provided the cost estimate and worked with us on color choice. Though we knew generally which colors we wanted, she brought samples of paint and put them on our siding. A couple of iterations later we were dialed in.

Arturo and crew arrived promptly each day throughout the week to paint 3 buildings: house, 4-car garage, and 2-story barn. I never would have believed they could mask so quickly and effectively. Overspray was pretty much non-existent

The only nit I could pick was cleanup. Large rubbish was completely removed but small items, wrappers, tape ends, etc. were still found. It is important to get these handled quickly as the winds in our region blow this small pieces about our property. It’s a minor thing relative to the great job.

These folks at Smile-A-Mile are FANTASTIC! They are such hard workers, diligent, timely, professional, kind and down to earth -- including Michele, Rubi, Fernando & Alfredo! And Nick was a great addition at the end too!

They turned my periwinkle blue house (+ barn, log sheds and chicken coop) into a peaceful, calm, mild yellow with white wrap around porch trim (might sound crazy but look at the beautiful pix!). They also daughter my porch to a wholesome dark brown. Beautiful job everyone!

They are actually coming back after the winter season to complete some more work, which is such a blessing! I would use them every time I ever need a paint job. Highly recommend!

The house was in need of new paint. My wife and I stopped at the Smile a Mile booth at the Deschutes county fair and filed out a request for an estimate. Our experience from the time a representative came out to the final clean up was very positive. The paint crew showed up on time and was finished the next day. Our house looks great. On April 26th “Gary an estimator” from Smile a Mile Painting came to my house, I agreed to the quote. I had several extra things included in the bid that needed to be done. I was told painting would begin June 6th and it did. Prior to the painting date someone came out on June 3rd and did an excellent job of pressure washing the house down. Once the job began every day before the crew left everything was picked up and no evidence anyone had been working around our house, except for the work completed. Everything that was stated in the bid was completed with great satisfaction and exceeded our expectations. The painting crew; Johnny, Dante & Chris were a pleasure to work with and very respectful of my plants and my house. The office staff Eugenia & Michele were very helpful answering questions and also helped me to decide on the final 3 colors for my house – changed my mind several times. Gary was the best getting me the color boards my HOA required and helping me thru the entire house painting process. When the job was completed, I wasn’t home but, when I returned, I pulled into my driveway, stopped and admired the newly painted house and just SMILED, I love the new colors, how they make me feel and several neighbors have made lovely comments how it looks.
