I explored The Arbor as a potential new home within Los Angeles. I ultimately went with an alternate location based on my needs, but absolutely had to leave a review for the property manager, Mary, who was easily the best person I worked with during my search. Super professional, supportive, and someone who advocates for the people who live at the building as well as those looking to join the community. The neighborhood was also exceptional — in a residential area that’s great for walks while also being in great proximity to Ventura and access to the freeways. But again, Mary is the real hero of this story. Excited for anyone who gets to live here!

The property manager here Aron is amazing and will always help you out. He answers your questions every step of the way and even goes further to understand your personal needs. This is the first property manager I've rented where my preference due to ocd was acknowledged and he went out of the way to make me feel comfortable and get me a unit I can properly call a home. This property manager is the only reason why I wanted to stay within a building he manages instead of moving somewhere far cheaper when my lease is up. I would rather have a property manager that takes care of their tenant then go to a cheaper place. Thank you Aron @ the Arbor

Moved here from SD and the manager has been super easy to work with. The entire experience of doing an interstate move was stressful but having the management team here to work with us has been a great opportunity. Living here has made my experience of LA a better one that I could have hoped for, I honestly understand why some of the residents here have stayed for over 10 years. Rogelio has been a great handyman and Aaron has been a great property manager, if I were to ever move again in the future I would definitely want to move into another Carlo Inc property.

Been here for almost 3 years and have loved my experience! Great apartments in a beautiful neighborhood. Our property manager, John, is always there in an instant whenever you need anything. Maintenance is quick to repair and the upkeep of apartments is excellent. Highly recommend!

I’m new to this apartment building but so far everything has been very smooth and easy thanks to the manager, John. He is always available and ready to help when needed. When I asked for maintenance to help fix a towel rack and loose drain stopper, he responded right away and it was fixed by the morning. He’s very kind, professional, and reliable. I definitely feel more at ease knowing that I can depend on him when needed!

I love this apartment! The location is perfect and central and it seems like a very safe area to live in so far. John, the manager, is great! He made the move in process so easy and has been very helpful.

Edit: I've now been living here for almost two years and it still a great apartment to live in. John is always very helpful and puts his tenants first!

John is a fantastic manager. He is quick to respond to any concerns with the building (which overall are few thanks to his management of the property). He is also extremely polite, welcoming, and a great resource for the tenants regarding the surrounding area. John is one of the most top-notch managers I have ever come across. I have loved this company since I first viewed the apartment. Great area, high quality rooms and equipment. The manager John is the absolute BEST. You can always reach him and he answers calls/texts immediately. John is very understanding and will try to accommodate you any way he can.
