New facility. Jerett greeted me and explained in detail the facilities mission and 3 levels of care. The Arbor has a bright cheerful feel. The staff members I met were welcoming. I was given a comprehensive tour and literature to take home. I felt that my concerns and questions were addressed well. Would recommend taking a tour to anyone considering senior living

I recently visited The Arbor at Delray as a vendor, and I must say, this is a beautiful property. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The menus and activities are displayed on a screen, allowing residents to easily scroll through and see what's happening for the day. The warm smiles and friendly welcomes made for a delightful experience.

I’ve had my share of ups and downs since starting at The Arbor at Delray on its opening day. The workplace lacks professionalism, and there’s noticeable favoritism within the management team. I've witnessed multiple incidents where issues are simply covered up and ignored. I don’t recommend this company for employment due to the prevalent insincerity and dishonesty.

Now that I am heal through all the traumatic experiences I that endured at this place while working there I am here to tell my story. This place is very unprofessional work place. The management team sucks and you have people playing favoritism and it was always one sided story they proceeded to say they will investigate but nothing to show for. You have employees who are cruel to one another just a whole bunch of bullies who never are working. Always understaff.

Beautiful independent living community, and very caring staff. Thanks to Denise and the Arbor's social events before the building was even completed, by the time that my mother actually moved in, she already had a NEW group of friends to go along with her old friends who were also moving to the Arbor.

Now that she is finally moved in, I can say that The Arbor at Delray is everything they promised and more, and the staff is the best part of all.... Eric and the entire staff make sure that every question and concern is thoughtfully and quickly addressed, if not anticipated and taken care of immediately. The Arbor staff is EXCEPTIONAL, and many of them have already worked together previously, so they already work together well. The newer hires are equally caring and eager to make sure that the residents all feel well taken care of. Meals are delicious, and activity options cover many different interests. The movie theater, library, spa, doggie park, pool area, reception area, dining area are beautiful.

I am very grateful for everyone working at the Arbor, and for seeing how everyone genuinely cares for my mother and the other residents. It is very comforting to know that she is so well taken care of and valued. They've even made her little pup feel welcome too. Highly recommend!

As someone who has worked with senior living communities for almost 15 years, I can tell you with confidence that this is the place to go.
The community is without a doubt a cut above, but more importantly, the team is second to none.
In these communities, it is so important to have people that you are able to trust with your loved ones. Jennie, Jarrett and Eric are those people.
I have worked with all three, but Jennie for almost a decade now. She is the most caring, compassionate and genuine person you could ever meet. I have trusted her with several clients and even my own loved one. She never fails to go above and beyond for residents and their families. I cannot say enough to convey the level of comfort and peace of mind that this has given myself and so many others.
The Arbor has it all- luxury, elegance and individuals that will treat you like family. An absolute “must see” if you’re looking to make a move!

The Arbor has definitely been an experience FAR above any other senior living community we have had. The people we have met have all been amazing, caring and helpful. From our first meeting with Jarrett to having Denise come to our home and all the meet and greets in between, it has all been top notch. We went from total uncertainty about finding my parents a senior living community to pure enthusiasm and excitement that we know we found the right one. They are looking forward to moving in!

The Arbor is the best. The staff is incredible. I gave my mom a party for 35 people at the Arbor for lunchlast Saturday . The room was perfection in every detail.The staff went above and beyond. The food was also amazing. I have not seen my mom so happy in years. A great find. Thank you Arbor for everything
