Their patience, care, and humor transformed a hellish experience into a pleasant one. I am forever grateful‼️Been here a few months and it has been great. If you’re thinking about moving to this place, think twice and don’t do it. Just walk throughout the property and observe the hallways; you’ll quickly notice the lack of care and maintenance. The new manager, Angelica, is not only unhelpful but also downright rude, making it clear that resident concerns are not a priority for her. You’d be wasting your time even attempting to contact the corporate office for assistance, as Yesenia, who works there, is just as dismissive and unfriendly. It’s astonishing how little they value the residents who pay to live here, treating us more like inconveniences than valued customers. They have a knack for making simple issues unnecessarily complicated, and it’s only a matter of time before a whole new staff is put in place, which might offer a glimmer of hope for improvement, but until then, the current environment can feel quite toxic. I regret renewing my lease, a decision I made in haste, thinking things might get better.

If you find yourself in a situation where your car gets broken into, good luck getting management to comply with law enforcement regarding the video surveillance footage that could help solve the crime. The neglect is particularly disheartening given that this is supposed to be affordable housing, funded by the government to provide a safe and supportive community for its residents. Instead, the property is poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect everywhere you look. The atmosphere here is stifling, and residents are often made to feel like they are a burden rather than a part of the community. It’s disheartening to witness a place that has so much potential being run into the ground, leaving many of us to wonder if we made the right choice in calling this place home.

This place has been a safe haven for me and my family!! I love the office staff! They are on point with everything! Maintenance answers requests promptly! Gates always work which is a major plus for me! It’s very quiet!! Don’t have to worry about your safety at all! I have no idea where the bad reviews come from! I’ve have yet to witness anything bad about this gem of a complex! Great job Kaniya and Angelica

DO NOT MOVE HERE !!! ?My power was off from 1 month and 2 weeks that is still not fix till this day !!! They place 1 A/C unit in my apartment that I was promised to get 2 more due to me being in a 2B 2B apartment . I had to spend $400 on a new A/c unit out of my own pocket that the office is not going accommodate me for . Even during the storm no memos was even sent out to the tenants on any updates due to hurricane Beryl . When maintenance did arrive the man did not speak any English and we had to translate through a translator (not discriminating) he could not understand anything I was saying . The apartments has aesthetics but the apartments are being ran like the projects . I understand these are income base apartments but no one should be experiencing this when you pay your rent . When I go to the office it’s always closed . No one hardly answers the phone . The apartments are also roach infested as well . Also over heard a man at the office stated that Is vehicle was stolen in board day light . The area is also not safe as well. As soon as my lease up I’m running far away from this place and not looking back . Due to new development apartments does not take away from the area. I hope this can help others on their apartment search . Do not fall in love here due to the aesthetics .

These are some beautiful apartments given the area of town. I went in looking for a 2 bedroom and found just that. My daughter too excited about the huge pool. The ladies in office were super kool and helpful. I can’t wait to move in next month!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO OR NO STAR I WOULD!!! This place is unprofessional and lacks communication. There is always a sign on the door stating they are out of the office during normal business hours but best believe they will be there on the 1st of the month to collect rent or ready to issue eviction notices. It is a high turn and overrate with office staff. Maintenance is never available to fix anything you can put work orders in until you are blue in the face they going to keep closing them as if they are completed. To state that these apartments are supposed to be nice and a stepping stone to give a luxury feel it feels like you’re staying in the projects. It seems to me that just because this is an income-based apartment you are treated as if your less than. The office manager or property managers are not here to investigate how the property is being ran. There is no excuse for AC units to not be working, plumbing issues, and issues with roach-infested apartments. The people who work in the office blatantly lie to your face. unsure who owns this property, but they don’t care about the tenants. All they want to do is collect the money because if they cared, they would have professional people in the office a professional maintenance crew on the property and they would visit their property to make sure the business is being ran professionally and treat tenets with courtesy and respect. So let me tell what will happen next is a generic message will be attached to this, but nothing will get done. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
