This company does great work and is very professional.
April 30, 2024, they were in my Riverside neighborhood, trimming the trees. When I got home my trees looked great and my yard was clean.
I met Rigoberto Sanchez (Foreman) who was on site making sure everything was up to their standards.
Top notch professionals. I’m glad our tax money is going to this company!

WCA truck ran a red light and almost ran into me. This happened 7/29/24 at 8:10 am at the intersection of Jackson Ave and Graves Ave in Monterey Park right in-front of a daycare. You can see from the picture and my dashcam video, my light was green for several second already when their truck ran the red light. I hope the owner of WCA and their insurance company sees and handles this appropriately.

Gabriel Soto @ WCA and his crew did an amazing job cutting down my 60 years old tree without any damages to my yard and home. They took time and carefully brought every branches down smoothly.

These are not arborists. They shouldnt even be allowed to have that in their name!
I have 2 mature 50 years + Southern Magnolia Trees on my property.
In 2013 they massacred them! They cut them as if they were a palm tree. They did not cut them as you should cut a Southern Magnolia. They took large branches bearing beautiful leaves and took them off at the trunk!
It was horrifying. All my shade for my lawn and home was gone.

These trees are not the City of Anaheim's trees. They are on a Do Not Maintain list and they showed up again, chain saws in hand and butchered what was left of 2 Southern Magnolias trying to thrive post 2013 butcher.

Southern Magnolias are to be pruned not with chain saws, but rather just rounded out on the ends 3-4 ft. Never are the branches suppose to be removed at the trunk unless sick.

My 1 magnolia will never recover and it will take over a decade for the other to provide the shade, privacy and seclusion to my home that it once did.

The men on the job especially Solomon were rude, and unkind and didn't know a thing about cutting a Southern Magnolia.

2 young crew members showed some sympathy for me as I was beyond saddened by this.

In the 6 years since the last massacre I had devoted twice as much water and 2 hours each day spending time with the trees to help them recover.

West Coast Arborists not only doesn't know how to trim a Southern Magnolia but has people working for them who don't care about trees or the people they harm.

Mind you, on both ocassions I came running out and stopped them! Look at the trees in the after photos.. They weren't done!!!
At what point would they have stopped?

Its not letting me post the pictures, I'll do this by the week end.

I had requested for the City Tree in Montebello be Trimmed.

I have Turf & of course don’t need a Gardner.

The City Tree drops a tremendous amount of leaves daily., I talked to Baltazar who works for West Coast, Baltazar took care of my request & came to Trim the City tree by the following Day of me requesting.

Excellent Service by the Company as well as by Baltazar & his Co-Workers.

This company cut down a tree that was leaning on my car. When they cut it down they SHATTERED my back window. My husband told me a tree was leaning on my car when he went to work. I went outside and took photos for insurance purposes. It was early in the morning so I was waiting to call my insurance. Around 8am I went outside to call insurance and see my car-to find out the tree had been cut down and when doing so they shattered my back window. Called the company filed a claim with the city and this company who is contracted by them. Their response- the window broke from the tree being leaned up on it. Bunch of liars. I literally sent them photos of the window not being broke and then photos after the tree was cut and my window being shattered. I know they will not respond to this review and will not take responsibility for their actions. Seems like that’s what this company does after reading the reviews.

Came to our neighborhood in Santa Clarita for tree trimming and the men are the most unprofessional. They block driveways and garages. Best part is they get bothered if asked to move because, I have to exit my garage. It’s not my responsibility to attend to their needs Maybe they should arrange their parking better so we don’t have to “bother” them when exiting our houses.
